From arranging my hotel stay to the operation itself, everything was exceptionally well organized and structured. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of at all times.
I would especially like to thank the doctors and assistants. Everyone was consistently friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Their expertise and the welcoming atmosphere gave me a great sense of confidence and reassurance throughout my stay.

First class experience
The hotel was very comfortable, the transport to and from the clinic was also very comfortable, all the communication on WhatsApp is fantastic 👌 the clinic is immaculate and you are treated like a king 🤴 . The procedure itself was nice and easy , you have a nice little break halfway through and enjoys some nice food . They even take you back to the clinic the following day to give you a check up and your first hair wash and give you a comprehensive aftercare package 📦. I would recommend smile clinic to all my friends . 5 stars 🌟 from me thanks 😊

From starting from the airport, being picked up... communication goes very far even if you get lost you could just use free WiFi from airport and message them. They're really lovely people at smile hair clinic. This is the 2nd time going for a hair transplant this time for dentisy to thicken up my hair. A big thank you to the team I was experiencing abit of sickness before I flew back home and the clinic gave me a free iv drip to help me get home safe and sound. The doctors are very professional people. I really cannot wait for the results again. Thank you guys

I had a great experience with Smile Hair Clinic, the transfer from the airport to Hotel and Clinic was flawlessly organized, the Clinic is very clean with very nice staff. During the procedure I felt I was in good hands and the months after, the aftercare communication and the regular checks have been very pleasant. 6 months since HT and new hair is still popping, already big difference to before - I highly recommend Smile.

Great reception on getting to the clinic. Very professional and efficient use of the time onwards. Dr. Erdogan was not only polite but brilliant in his work. Felt comfortable during the process. He never rushed me and answered all my questions patiently. The place is really clean and the staff knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing. Highly recommend Smile Clinic to everyone.
The only negative thing is the 10% surcharge if one uses a credit card for payment.

From start to finish, the team at Smile couldn't have done any more to assist. Whether it was beforehand or after the procedure.
The staff were friendly, professional and efficient.
The hotel they organised was perfect. It was just 2 minutes away and I was collected and dropped off by their driver.
The procedure itself went great.
They listened when I asked and they did their best to accommodate any query or request I had.
