Excellent clinic
Excellent clinic! All the staff are true professionals with extensive experience. They do their work with confidence and sharp, honed skills. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival. After the consultation, they initially estimated around 3,600 grafts, but in the end, they managed to transplant 4,700. Despite my extensive hair loss area, they were able to cover almost everything. I won't go into too much detail, but I can say one thing: I am very satisfied with the work done. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and acquaintances. I had a great experience with the clinic from start to finish. From the moment I landed, everything was well organised, including the transfers, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
On the day of the surgery, the doctor explained everything clearly — the procedure itself and the results I could expect — which really helped me feel comfortable and confident. During the surgery, I was well taken care of, and everything went smoothly.
After the surgery, the care continued with regular follow-ups and weekly updates, so I always felt supported throughout the recovery process.

Best Natural Results
A hair transplant is a nerve wracking experience. I did a lot of planning and research and decided to go with Smile, and I’m so glad I did. They looked after me with great care throughout the procedure and also in the months following. If you want a natural looking result, they really are the best, I’m 6 months post op and people don’t notice until I tell them. Initially, I did want the hairline a little lower, but my DR told me it wouldn’t look natural, you see some guys come back from turkey with that dead straight line. Mine has a natural curve and they zig zagged the grafts so it looks really natural. You get all the treatment products you need to take home with you and all the post op care is simple to follow and they check in with you regularly. 6 months later and my confidence has never been better. Highly recommend.

Very wel organized clinic
Very wel organized clinic . From the booking til the last day of departure. They also check up on you after ur hair transplant and keep up with ur status. They don’t just leave u after. They want to make sure they are with u every step of the way. Also they are very quick to respond on any information u need. The HIMs prouduct is also very key part on using after ur hair transplant. It’s been 3 months only and I’m already seeing a big difference and can’t wait to see how it is in 12 months. Very glad I chose this clinic. Transportation was perfect. They were never late for anything I had to do with my appointments. There’s a lot of clinics I seen about the hair transplant but I’m very pleased that I chose smile hair clinic. Professional and well organized experience
I had my hair transplant at Smile Hair Clinic and overall it was a very positive experience. The whole process was well organized, communication was clear, and the team explained everything step by step.
The clinic was clean and professional, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. What I appreciated most was the organization and clear aftercare instructions, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

I got my hairline transplant done last week and Smile Hair Clinic made the entire process as smooth as it possibly could have been. I am very happy with the coordination, from the initial communications when I found the company online, to the consultations and the ease of transportation. I had my hair transplant about a week…
I had my hair transplant about a week ago at Smile Hair Clinic with around 3,000 grafts.
The communication before and during my stay was excellent. The planning, organization, and overall process were very well handled. The hotel was good standard, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
Regarding the clinic and the procedure itself: I found the payment process a bit unusual. During payment, I was offered an additional paid infusion to strengthen the body and improve graft growth. In my opinion, this felt somewhat inappropriate at that moment and a bit unprofessional. It would have been better to communicate this option in advance.
The consultation with the doctor before the procedure was very brief, almost in passing. In contrast, the anesthesia injections were definitely more intense 😫😁
In the end, what really matters is the result — and that is still to be seen 😉
Apart from that, the staff — especially my translator — were extremely kind and pleasant. The sales talk after the first hair wash, as well as the survey, could have been scheduled at a different time, preferably online.
Overall, a very professional and friendly experience. Clear recommendation and 5 stars.
