SNO was introduced by a friend. He said George is an expertise and very helpful on bookings. Indeed, George gave us holiday choices and good service. I also introduced George to my friends. And they are all benefit from good service!

I have been booking with SNO (George) for a number of years now and every time George has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. We have book family holidays for 4 people, a couple of large holidays for 10 people, stayed in a catered chalet, half board apartment and self catering appartments (La Rossiere, Val d’isere, La Plagne) and the response is always excellent, information provided is great, knowledge of resorts is very good. We recently went to La Plagne over New Year and are heading back again over Easter. I have recommended SNO to friends and colleagues, they have booked through SNO and had excellent experiences.

This company are just the best i contacted a lad called Greg he was so helpfull asked him to look for a full package for 4 of us to travel from Scotland to either Italy or Austria he very promptly sent me 5 different options
they are very fast officiant and very helpful the holiday was flawless from flights transfers luggage collection communication all the way through the holiday and the hotel we stayed in was awesome
there staff were great and food was 10 out of ten
I will 100% be using this company for every snow holiday from now on so i highly recommend to others

Jack was very helpful and working quick on all our multiple requests. Overall, it was a smooth booking experience, therefore I recommended Jack to a couple of my friends as well.

We have used Jack for three chalet holidays for groups from 8 to 16 people. He has made the process so easy and each holiday has been exceptional from the quality of the chalets, food and staff to the transport and pre-trip info. He has been flexible in how we pay for the large group in individual links all of which goes a long way towards the fact that we will definitely use SNO in future. In fact we have booked again for December 2026.

We have used Jack at SNO for 4 years in a row now as he makes our Club Med holidays seamless. If he is unavailable the other members of the team respond quickly to queries. Our trips are slightly more complicated as we fly to the UK from Jersey and we had an add on overnight in Turin this year to have a mooch. Jack arranged our transfers back at the airport to go to Serre Chevalier which was a bit more bespoke than usual but not a problem for them. I cannot rate Jack and SNO highly enough.

This is the 2nd time I’ve booked with Jack at SNO. Amazing customer service can’t do enough to get you that trip you are looking for… from people dropping out to budget changes he got the holiday we wanted 🤝 💯 recommend

We have consistently booked through SNO for our ski holidays. We love that everything is included so nothing extra to organise ourselves. The staff have always been extra helpful - George booked for us this year and spent a lot of time going over different options for our budget and was very responsive on emails. Absolutely fantastic experience for our group of 7 skiing in La Plagne.

They found us a super ski and board deal in Belle Plagne, at a great hotel - ski in and out, delicious (and plentiful) food, views over the valley, and lovely staff.

It was fantastic value and the people at Sno always responded quickly and helpfully.

And it included going on the train as well, a personal favourite.

When there was a train delay on the way back, they were able to nudge Inghams (who organised the trip) to quickly sort the refund with SNCF.

Brilliant booking the trip, brilliant afterwards too.

It wouldn't surprise me if they were responsible for the good snow too.

Thanks to the team at Sno for putting a trip together for friends travelling from different parts of thr UK. They responded to my queries; always in a timely manner and with endless patience, and took the pain out of organising 8 people.

Greg at SNO was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise an upcoming half-term ski holiday for a group of 12, which is no small task. He pulled everything together smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and well managed. Fantastic service from Richard at SNO, quick responses to my emails which was super helpful with such a last minute booking. Booked Wednesday traveled Sunday! Everything went very smoothly and we had a fantastic time away at Christmas. I would definitely book with them again!
