I had a great experience with Snowgum. My order arrived promptly and was exactly as described. I’d spent quite a while comparing waterproof jackets before deciding on this one, so I was hoping it would live up to expectations—and it definitely has.

The quality is excellent, the fit is flattering without being restrictive, and there’s plenty of stretch for comfortable movement. I can easily wear a knitted jumper underneath and still have room to move. The longer length and waterproof design are exactly what I was looking for, and it looks smart enough to wear both around town and on the farm.

I’m very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Snowgum again.

We had an issue with a seal on a drink bottle and asked if they had replacements? Not only did they replace it, but replaced the whole bottle!!! The communication between Melissa at Snowgum and myself was very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for wonderful customer service!!

Excellent customer service and product quality. Amazing value for money when compared to other outdoor brands with tip top performance. I bought raincoat and it was so good I bought three more for my family for tramping on the South Island in NZ.

The quality of Snowgum’s down jackets and rain jackets are second to none. Compared to two other popular New Zealand based brands that seem to dominate Australia’s adventure gear market, I find Snowgum’s quality and value to be far superior. Snowgum’s customer service is also efficient and they ship orders promptly via Australia Post.

Travel Towel, I used the following day after my shower being so light I didn't think it was doing so great but I soon noticed I was actually dry. impressed.
Hike shirt also quite comfy with sizing perfect.

I went to the Oakleigh store to buy a Gallo merino jacket in this year's beautiful Dusk colour. The colour was beautiful and the fit was great but I found a tiny manufacturing flaw. There weren't any others available in my size but Annette went above and beyond to order one in. She called me the next day and I picked it up - perfect garment and exemplary customer service. Very happy customer.

I have been purchasing items form snow gum for over 5 years. I have always received what I ordered and in a timely manner.
I have purchased over 20 merino wool and XTM garments, and I love them. They are exactly as advertised, easy care and beautiful to wear.
I was very surprised when a couple of years ago they recalled a pair of woolen pants I had purchased. They fixed the pants at no cost to me and paid freight both ways. Thanks, Snowgum you do a great job.

I have always enjoyed shopping with Snowgum. They are easy to deal with, offer super fast postage, have great customer service and an excellent returns process.

Service was friendly & knowledge of the product purchased was good. Haven't actually worn jacket yet as we haven't been iyn our trip to Europe yet, but can't wait to wear it as it ticked all the boxes. Waterproof, windproof, insulated, removable hood, longer length, two way zip, packable and stylish.

Great outdoor clothing and other products. Good quality and long lasting. Clothing products give specific garment size measurements to help with size selection.

Snowgum are a recent find for us, after many decades of long distance hiking. I wish we'd found them sooner, not that the other products were not good, but Snowgum's seem perfect and fail to disappoint.

Customer service is also unbelievably good, helpful and on target. My wife is a now a recent quadriplegic, and her clothing requirements and sizing has changed dramatically. I rang for some sizing advice and they gave me as much time as I needed, and what turned out to be, perfect advice.

We could not be happier, nor my wife warmer. Thank you.
