Took a while due to covid, but all good

Package took a while to ship but after sending a message to Snowleader on Facebook, I learned that the team had been hit by covid pretty hard and had trouble processing all the orders. My order arrived 3 days after they responded to my message. Product in perfect condition.

Delivery not within promised time

Delivery not within promised time. Tracking not updated, and when trying to call Snowleader nobody answers in either language, tried several times and days. Delivery came 11 days after booking.

terrible customer service

i placed my original order on the 25th November and it had problems clearing customs so was returned to sender. You then informed me that you could not send again from current stock you had to wait for this one to return back to your warehouse and send it again. so i placed a new order on 14th December and paid extra for a premium shipping service in hopes it would arrive in time for Christmas and yet it still has not been dispatched. also you informed me you cant refund me for the first item until it arrives back into your warehouse. so i am no almost £1000 out of pocket and still no Christmas present for my girlfriend. terrible customer service
