Regarding your after sale service request we've been dealing with Meindl for 5 weeks in order to sort this out. As you can see it on our terms and conditions, we have a delay of 4 to 8 weeks for our request of warranty and sometimes it could take a bit longer sometimes.
The brand finally gave us an answer regarding your shoes and we are glad to tell you that you will get a refund for this request.
There is no point in publishing X times the same review, this wont help at all.
