The engineer did a fantastic job of fixing my partner's macbook air track pad. He went out of his way to make it just like new. This company is the best in the area and we are so grateful to have them just around the corner!

Great experience with Solid Rock IT. I’ve used them to fix my MacBook Pro a few times now. I had some really tricky issues the second time and the engineer was brilliant at working through all the options. I knew what they were doing at every step. We talked through the options regarding costs to the solutions. Finding the right one for me. They are friendly, creative and quick and will get you up and running again.

Hi I had a problem with my iMac it’s four years old the beech ball was driving me nuts I was going to put it in the dustbin but I found a company called Solid Rock IT. They came changed the hard drive for asolid state drive it is now so fast it’s like a brand new computer I would certainly speak to to solid rock first

The enigineer was very professional, and patiently reviewed the various options for a major system crash that we had with Outlook and figured out the issue quickly. The engineer was very patient throughout the whole process while fixing the issue. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience all round! Got an immediate (and very reasonable) quote for a battery replacement when I called initially, and they offer in-home services so you don't have to bring your laptop out and leave it in a shop for a couple of days. The engineer was running late but made sure to keep me notified about his ETA, and once he arrived the entire process was speedy and professional - took about half an hour and I'm already back on my laptop. He even gave me pointers for how to care for a new battery :) Will not hesitate to contact Solid Rock IT again in the future should any computer issues arise. Thank you!

5 Star Service. Was blown away with how much knowledge and detail the engineer had about Wi-Fi and network solutions (and I thought I knew everything!). They advised me about best options for whole home installation and connectivity issues affecting the existing setup within our property. A complex problem simplified and resolved quickly. Got in touch with Solid Rock IT to help investigate the wiring for some Ethernet ports we had around our flat from previous owners. Mark got back to my enquiry really quickly and came out the next day. He was polite, professional and very friendly. A pleasure to have in the house (and very understanding with our yappy miniature dachshund!). Mark had our wiring figured out and labelled in under an hour, with clear instructions for how to get it all running smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We used this company to help us fixing our Wi-Fi issues. The engineer was very professional, used language we could understand and was calm and took time to sort out the issue. Also spoke to our provider to ensure everything was working. Highly recommended, would definitely recommend!

Solidrock IT have been supporting us for around 4 yrs now and we always get a superb service from the engineers. They are so knowledgable with both Windows and Mac especially as I run a partioned Mac with Windows and Mac OS operating on same Mac. They have been great for both physical visits and remote fixes. We use them mostly remote now due to distance and always we get a fix same day. Thank guys for your support.
