The engineer was reliable, worked hard and efficiently to organise the data transfer onto my new computer. He was very helpful and accommodating and gave me loads of useful advice as well on his to organise my new computer. A really good experience.

Fantastic service! I needed a battery replaced on an old MacBook Pro. I emailed Solid Rock IT mid-afternoon and by early evening an engineer had attended on-site in West London. I was kept informed throughout the afternoon of the engineer's availability and attendance time. The battery was replaced swiftly with the minimum of fuss and everything was left tidy. Such a great service, I would have no hesitation of using Solid Rock again!

Solid Rock and the team are fantastic. I had a tricky issue of retrieving some data after the screen broke on my laptop. It was fixed in my home (one of the reasons why I chose them). Reasonably priced, quick to get an appointment and a really nice member of the team came and sorted it. Reassuring me ‘he would get it done’ and he did - I called him the laptop whisperer as he left! Excellent service. Highly recommend :)

Excellent service! I contacted the Solid Rock with my problem and within 24hrs I got a response, the engineer was very knowledgeable and understanding. Although the company normally does not cover my area they said that they could come and fix my Mac. I have a vintage Mac and I damaged the screen. The engineer was very professional and attentive, he could see I was very intrigued by the whole process so showed me how he put my Mac together. A couple of days later I had a seperate problem with my Mac and he spent time trying to help me fix the problem. AMAZING service and I will only contact Solid Rock in the future if I face any other problems with my Mac. Thank you!

We used Solid Rock IT for Mac support and whole home wifi support. The engineer was extremely friendly and responsive to our questions, completing two onsite visits as well as giving advice in advance of the visits as to what to purchase for our needs. The engineer provided simple explanations, reassurance and a complete service. We found the company through a personal recommendation and would be happy to recommend to others ourselves.

From the moment I contacted Solid Rock the service was spotless. I got an appointment the same day in the afternoon. The engineer on the phone was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail and made me feel at ease. I had a hack into my computer so needed to wipe everything off and reinstall everything. When the engineer came he explained everything to me in detail. Very knowledgeable. Within two hours my computer was back up and running as new. Thank you so much for such great service. Will definitely go back with any other IT problems!

Great service. The engineer showed within 2 hours and completed required service of our Air Mac. Great attitude, smiling and the whole visit took perhaps 15 mins. It was also very competitive in terms of pricing so I can honestly recommend it to anyone in need.

I needed help with a urgent laptop screen repair. Mark was amazing at working through through shipping delays and finding a solution that got my laptop fixed. He was very friendly and very flexible.

I was extremely happy with the work Solid Rock IT carried out for me. They set up a new laptop for me, carefully transferring all the data from my old laptop onto my new one. They also set up my WiFi extender system which they had previously set up in my house. I had a problem with it the following day (which was a software issue, not Solid Rock's) and the engineer spent time on the phone with me and resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend them.
