I ordered a microwave stand, which was delivered promptly, but set aside until the room was ready. I discovered upon opening it that it would not fit in the space, and I reached out for information regarding a return. Customer service responded promptly and politely, and within 48 hours I had a prepaid UPS label and the box was on its way back. Shortly after, I had another email from customer service acknowledging the return tracking and a statement of the refund to my account. THAT'S good service!

I bought a vanity for my daughter for Christmas and when my husband went to put it together we found that the mirror was cracked when delivered. I contacted Customer Services and they replied back in a timely matter. We where told that a new mirror would be sent out as soon as they received it. They let us know that it was available and sent out promptly. Received the new mirror in one piece. Great Customer Service!!

I bought "Barhocker 2er Set Kunstleder Weiß" online via the songmics website and it was delivered to me within 1 week. One of the seats has a small dent on the seat. I made a photo and sent the photo to them and they sent me a new seat immediately. This was satisfying customer service.
In the case of the quality of the kitchen stool:
First, they were easy to set up the pieces with the help of the instruction.
Second, they are very comfortable lightweight.
The stool provides a 360-degree rotation and height adjustment which makes it more practical and comfortable.

Purchased one day , received the next day ,kitchen bar with 2 stools good quality for the price easy instructions to assemble.happy with my purchase.

We ordered a vanity for our granddaughter for Christmas. The original mirror had a misplaced hinge which prevented one side from opening. We notified them and they promptly sent a replacement which had no problem. Very responsive company!

Prices on the website are much higher compared to other locations for same product amazon, walmart etc. With coupon sales they just mark up the product more.

I had a problem with one of the shelves and bolts, and I was sent a replacement shelf with new bolts. I was impressed with how easily and quickly they worked to solve my issue.

I was very impressed by the client service. I had forgotten to tip my discount voucher number during the order but even after I ordered, Songomics responsed to my request and I will get my discount amount back. Generally I have ordered till now 9 pieces of furniture of Vasagle and I am very happy with that. I can only recommend them

We bought a cat tree from songmics. One of the platforms cracked after 60 days so we reached out for a replacement piece. They said they didn’t have any in stock and offered us $30 instead. I told them the money doesn’t help our cat tree situation and I would like to exchange the cat tree in its entirety. They told me the return policy is 30 days so it couldn’t be done. We weren’t looking to return a perfectly good cat tree, but rather, exchange a defective one. $150 on a cat tree for it to break after 60 days is ridiculous. We will be taking the money songmics offered us and putting it towards a different brand, where the tree won’t break after 6 months.

Quick and through customer support. Good communication and prompt response, quick turnaround time for service request.

Update: I mentioned customer support in my earlier review, that was because the bookshelf I ordered could not be assembled completely, at two places the screws wouldn't go through the steel frame. Though the customer service was very supportive and prompt in offering to send a replacement part, I requested a complete replacement cause I had already dismantled the defective product, and the material is for such that it would not last a second installation.

The second one arrived, and the four legs don't sit flat on the floor. By this time I had wasted time with my customer support requests and the waiting time and the whole debacle was close to a month old.

Packing them up and setting up a pickup is a whole another ordeal.

I offered to keep them both but if the price is discounted, they offered a 60% discount for all my efforts, it wasn't worth it but to me, I didn't wish to waste any more time on this and just get done with it.. and here comes the twist. The company policy is to offer a 60% discount on the asking price. Not the discounted price one purchased it at. I bought it at a 52% discount.

Having had this experience, I wouldn't suggest this horror to any other potential customer.

But the customer service is just doing its job, following company policy.

The cheap price is for a compromise at your end.

I bought Songmics chairs for years now and I have to say for the money they cost they are worth it. The chairs have a livetime of 2 - 5 years with more than 8 h use a day. And whenever something breaks I write to songmics and I get the spare parts send free of charge.

I previous had an issue with an order and only had given them a lower star rating, but I am back and editing it. I am now stating that it is a 5+ because when my situation was bought to their attention they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I was really surprised. They do take pride to make sure their customers and the situation is resolved.

Very serious website, high quality products, contained prices, after sales service quick to respond and very kind.

The package with the 50 hangers was lost. I mailed to Songmics, exactly to Christa, and she answered very quickly and ordered a second delivery.
The hangers are very good.

Very helpful customer service, so I was able to get a replacement product fast! Will buy again from Songmics.

I have an awesome experience in buying trampoline from Songmics. Trampoline is very sturdy and easy to put together. Kids loved it. I would also like to add that this company has best customer service. I bought it in April and couple of weeks back, the net broke as there were many kids jumping and pushing each other. I contacted the customer service to get an idea how to fix that. Alice helped me with that. They sent me a replacement net for free even after few months of my purchase, although it was not their fault.
