So far so good. Rhia has this wonderful mix of casual and professional way of handling the claim, which works perfectly for me. She was super helpful, answered every question I had with finess and precision. Got the call over and done with super quick but still ensured to ask me if I had anything else I need to go through. Perfect call in my opinion. As the claim is ongoing, thats all I have to say for now.
Edit: Now that the claim is all sorted, I still have nothing but positive things to say. Even though the decision was made to pay out instead of repair my car as the cost of repair was greater than the value of the car. I am still delighted as to how it was handled by this company. The only thing I would suggest is for asda to work faster while reviewing the footage as they delayed the process slightly. As for soppandsopp you guys are awesome and very professional.

Excellent customer service given by Joel He explained what would happen while making the claim and what I needed to do. Very knowledgeable and he listened to what I was saying. In making a claim he smoothed out the whole process's. A good representative of the company, if only others could take note!

​Extremely disappointed with the service from sopp & sopp. I was under the impression that everything was completely in hand and sorted. However, when I contacted the repairer on the actual day my car was due to go in, I was shocked to be told the repair had been cancelled altogether.
​No notification, no update, and absolutely no communication from sopp & sopp to let me know. I feel completely mislaid by the company. Total breakdown in service. 1/5 stars.
