Ordering from overseas
I ordered the gold leather skirt from Australia for a special occasion. The delivery was fast, and the skirt was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the zip was faulty and broke.
I contacted Sosander and first spoke with Millie, who was incredibly helpful. She offered either a free return or the option to have the zip repaired locally and be reimbursed. I chose to have it repaired and then spoke with Charlie the following day, who was equally helpful and made the process so easy.
I just wanted to say that the customer service was absolutely outstanding—truly 6-star! ⭐️ It's so refreshing to be able to speak with real people who genuinely care about resolving an issue quickly and professionally.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sosander. Ordering from Australia was seamless, and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Beautiful clothing backed by exceptional customer care. Thank you, Millie and Charlie!

Issue refunds more quickly
Sosandar could improve their customer relations by issuing refunds more quickly. Advised by email that my refund had been issued - three weeks later - nothing!!
It seems they want to keep hold of customers' money as long as possible! I relayed my concerns to an assistant in the Marlow store and she responded that she had been waiting for a refund from Hobbs for three months - not helpful!! It really puts me off buying from them in the future.

I made a mistake and returned a Shein parcel to Sosandar in addition to a genuine return. Charlie quickly resolved the mistake by arranging for the Shein parcel to be sent back to me. Excellent stress free customer service.

Unfortunately I had to send two dresses back but as they came separately I tried to send them back separately only to discover the barcodes were the same. Using Chat box resolved my problem.
I used the chat contact for a problem I had with delivery.
Sofia was great at helping sort out my problem. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and as a result my problem was resolved fully.
I did find the chat system a little slow and I didn’t know half the time if the chat was still live or not. I found that a little frustrating but isn’t everything these days when you use “Contact us” But fortunately for me all was resolved by Sofia so I’m happy with Sosander and it’s service.
