Exceptional customer service from Faye
I had an excellent customer service experience over the phone with Faye. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the call. Faye resolved my issue efficiently and even kindly placed an additional order for me to save myself doing this, and also didn't charge me for the delivery cost - what a star. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I was very impressed with the quality of service by Faye at Sosandar.

A good outcome with customer service…
A good outcome with customer service from Sofia. Item unworn and yet stained!
I’m usually always happy with my purchases from Sosander but the last item had more than one stain which I hadn’t noticed until a couple of weeks later packing in it for my holiday! Thankfully I did receive a full refund as the item was now out of stock.

Sosandar is great but frustrating stock…
Sosandar is great but frustrating stock is always low. I was sent a 20% discount which didn’t work, however when I reached out to customer service they did provide a promotion code which worked. Faye was polite and helpful.

I had a problem with postal returns from the Isle of Man on two occasions.

I ordered a pair of Jeans from Sosandar…
I ordered a pair of Jeans from Sosandar but unfortunately there was a mix up with the order and the wrong Jeans were sent out. I rang customer service where I spoke to a lovely lady called Faye. Faye was exceptional, she was helpful, polite, efficient and everything was dealt with immediately. Poor wear.
I had a problem with the way a garment had worn and sent them photos and they agreed it wasn't up to their usual high standard. Sophia gave me the choice of having a replacement or full refund. She was really quick, polite and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have shopped with Sosander for many years enjoying the quality of their clothes.
So I was dismayed when I felt cause to make a complaint about a pair of shoes I purchased.
Faye responded prompted to my complaint, she provided genuine concern & professionalism, she progressed the issue I experienced & kept me up to date throughout explaining what was being done, she kindly issued me a full refund without hesitation assuring me that this complaint was going to be fully investigated
