Chris and Alex we’re fantastic, they informed me of all the deals they have, everything explained thoroughly, and gave me the best deal they had, I have stored my belongings in other places in the past but no one can beat the excellent customer service and price that they have.
I rate the customer service and price over 5 stars.

I’ve had three units at different times and one since June 21 at the Telford branch. The units are very clean and secure. And all the staff are very helpful which is great. Parking and access are very good and you can get close to the main entrance to unload.

Hired storage unit at the brand new Kingswinford branch - everything well lit, clean & secure.
Chelsie & Dan both very friendly and helpful and great that there is always a member of staff on site if needed.

Both Emily and Gareth have been exceptional in their customer service. Gareth was welcoming and explained our options in great detail taking care that we had all the information we needed to choose the right container. Once again this year Samaritans Purse have used Swansea Storage Giant to store collected boxes before they are transported world wide.
Michaela and Dean couldn't do enough to help me get the unit set up. Due to circumstances I was not able to meet all my deliveries, Michaela and Dean reassured me that they would oversee the deliveries which I was so very grateful for. Fantastic service from Hannah and Ed at Telford Branch. I was initially contacted and quoted by Ed, who was very helpful and took into consideration my circumstances offering great deal and suitable options. I was then emailed by Hannah, followed by viewing of the lockup next day. Hannah was very professional and supportive. She also ensured all safety measures were followed, which I appreciate, as it's important to be extra cautious these days. After not such a great experience with another place, I managed not only to get a better deal and slightly bigger space but also prompt, efficient and professional service. Working for a large company, where we rent spaces around whole England and need long term contracts, you just got yourself customer who will remain with you for many years thanks to your sales team. Great service from Dean at Swansea. We had a very bumpy start with our house sale which kept extending the storage date that we needed, which went on for months !.. Dean was great and called me each week for an update on our situation. He found me the storage space I needed when we eventually moved out. Absolutely brilliant!..
