I highly recommend Storage Giant in Swansea. I've had the unit for several months now and have been very impressed with the service and facilities. When I had issues and needed to extend the lease at the last minute, Dean was extremely helpful and sorted it out immediately. Its been such a relief to have a stress free unit to store everything for a house move.

Taz, Roisin, Will and James are a fantastic team! Nothing is ever too much! They will always go above and beyond to help you and the facility is always spotless. Would 100% recommend

I would happily recommend the Swansea site to anyone needing storage in the area. All of the staff have been incredibly helpful, friendly specially Jonny, Michael.They did a great job in explaining things to us, and walked us through the process step by step. Jonny also informed us of the deal they had running, pay for 4 weeks get an additional 4 weeks for half price, which we will completely need and put my mind at ease, no worrying about trying to book again after the 4 weeks. Michaela who actually did the booking was lovely and patient. The facilities are of a high quality, clean and secure which gives you a good peace of mind. I would also like to give Simon from the llanelli branch a shout out, as he was there at the time when we first enquired, and showed us the different size rooms to which helped us decide which one we needed.

Helen was very efficient and sorted a unit out in no time at all.We even got the special offer which we didn’t know about .

Went to enquire about storage and was shown around various sized spaces, by Alex, to give us an idea of what we may need. All staff, Alex, Chris & Craig J, were supper helpful and provided us with a lot of knowledge about space, and what we would get for our money. Very impressed with our experience with Storage Giant - Telford.

During a recent house move we needed to store our belongings for several weeks / a couple of months. We made a web enquiry quickly through the website and we’re shown around by Helen, who was great - very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The paperwork was a bit of a choir, especially the fact that times need to be itemised for insurance purposes. But at least it’s reassuring. I was talked through what needed doing at each step and it was all simple enough.

The unit itself was clean and tidy with a good locking mechanism. Well lit when the doors are opened and had all of our worldly possessions safely stored within.

The facility is well lit, has a number if reassuring security features and is easy to access with a number of pallet trucks and trollies for moving your goods.

I was very impressed with the help and friendliness of the staff at storage giant cwmbran. Emily and Roisin were so lovely and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, all with a smile :)

We were warmly welcomed by Dean and Dave on arrival and they explained the process to us and offered to show us the unit prior to us signing any paperwork.
We were shown the unit after signing and they were both very polite and courteous all the way through our visit. We will recommend Giant Storage in the future.
