Simple homes but sometimes that's all you need. Allowed me to be in walking distance of my first graduate job in Central London - I could just about afford it!

They are always quick to get back to enquiries and no request is too much for their support team.

Great room, clean & tidy, modern.

I would highly recommend the company to anybody looking for a place to live in London. The moving in & moving out process was very smooth. Contact throughout my tenancy was always easy and timely. The company was fast to respond to any problems with the property. The added bonus of a cleaner was great especially for tennents who have very little spare time. For a student like myself, spaces offered an affordable place to live in a great central location.

Good service and good rooms. Maybe they have to improve a little the times of response, but they work really good in general.

Great and smart space to stay if your are working in Central London. Generally safe, newly furnished and well-equiped facilities. Not to mentions the supportive professional staff who are reliable and easily approachable. Definitely going to recommend this accomodation.

Generally very helpful, and resolve issues extremely quickly. They help with issues which involve external companies as well, doing all the hard work so we can just live there and relax. The flat is clean, and in a great location for my work so I am very happy with it. I have no problems with my rent payments, just set up a direct debit and it works seamlessly.

Price is a little high in my opinion and could make it clearer the bills package isn't really optional. But you do get good service for your money.
Would recommend them for anyone for moving to London for the first time as the locations are pretty central and convenient too

I rented with this company twice and was always quite satisfied. They have an easy application process and always try to accommodate your requests. Sometimes smaller maintenance tasks take a bit longer to fix but urgent and important requests are dealt with quickly.
I was always very happy with the interior choices and he furniture provided.

Friendly, helpful staff; they respond to your emails quickly. My flat is a really good standard. Love that all bills are inc.

Honestly a great company to work with! So helpful every step of the way and proved immediate service whenever they could. Would 100% recommend as you will always find someplace nice to stay and with great people too! I stayed at 2 separate spaces accommodations and felt they were both perfect for me at the time.

The service has been always prompt and follow up action has been very professional. I have always simply had to drop an email and things have gotten actioned. The team has been very thoughtful and courteous.

Everything I needed when moving to London for the first time.

The whole experience was very easy and efficient. Check in and check out were smooth. My accommodation was in a great location and any issues were dealt with quickly. Although the flat was small, my room was furnished in a neutral, modern way which I really liked. The only complaints were that our oven stopped working and it was a month before someone fixed it, as well as the communal cleaner didn't appear for 3 weeks in a row (which is not as advertised). However, any other issues we had were seen to very quickly.
Communication was very quick and clear, and Spaces were happy to comply with any request I had. Their short term let process meant that I could quickly move into London at short notice, and when I needed to extend for an extra month, they were flexible enough to even let me choose the date I wanted to leave by.
Although it may be slightly on the more expensive side (considering there was no living room or dining room), the bills inclusive package also made things a lot simpler. I also feel that I was lucky enough to have made 2 new friends out of some of my housemates.
From my personal experienced, I definitely recommended Spaces to anyone who is moving into London for the first time and needs an immediate place to stay on a more flexible basis.

Great accommodation for a fair price, always quick to respond to email and help with problems

Spaces have been very helpful and a pleasure to use. They offer a great service and are very easy to approach, always responding in a kind and professional manner. I would recommend this Spaces to anyone who is seeking a stress free rental company.

I've was a tenant with Spaces for 2long years and only few weeks ago my tenancy came to an end.
Because of work unfortunately I've had to move out of London otherwise I would've been more than happy to extend.
My personal experience has been absolutely brilliant! I honestly don't have a bad word to say about these guys and believe me I always have something to say as I'm very fussy person haha

Whenever there was a problem they ALWAYS dealt with it pretty quick! The team are ever so nice , very patient and understanding! In the end there was absolutely no problem getting back my deposit!

Three months in and loving my Spaces place. Got a new job and had to move fast so viewed online, moved in 2 days later, though they said I could have had it that afternoon if I wanted. Everything is included so no surprises and it's right where I need to be.
