Improving the response

For some reason my advert did not attract as big a response as normal. I messaged those whose ads you forwarded to me but many of them were time wasters.Took 5 weeks to find someone suitable.

I will need to improve my ads. I’ve taken video clips but found them difficult to upload. Need to research that.

Rebecca is amazing! Fabulous customer service.

I posted a room in my property, and after a message saying it had gone "live" the room still didn't appear on the site. After speaking to Rebecca on the chat feature I was assured it was being looked into. She kept me informed, explained the situation, kept me up to date, and managed to resolve the issue efficiently, quickly and professionally, whilst being friendly and approachable. Absolutely 5* for this lady! Thank you Rebecca!

Very Professional

I have found SpareRoom support to be excellent, I accidentally put 2 of the same adverts on the site and Ziad sorted it all out for me in a very quick time and to my full satisfaction. SpareRoom is very good but you have to ensure you get the right tenant who is respectful of your property, clean and tidy. Great site site I have used it on a number of occasions, thanks guys.
