On arriving in the shop my son collapsed ... ashley and claire were amazing and got the help my son needed... 1st aider ashey took over and done her job while claire was on the phone to 111... 2 amazing people who saved my boy ...who should be praised.. we picked glasses up...

The overall experience was quick, simple and very professional. The staff were welcoming, the customer service second to none. When I got to the store it was very busy you always think when a shop is full you would be a while, however I was pleasantly proved wrong. I did not have to wait long at all before I was seen to and taken to see the optometrist within 5 mins of being there. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Specsavers especially the St Austell branch. They were great!

I only popped in to order some sun glasses and was treated so well, I didn't have appt but was seen anyways. Order came back pretty quick

Really good experience at Specsavers. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. My eye check-up was thorough, and they helped me choose the right glasses without any pressure. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

Prices are great too, I was surprised what I came out with for such a reasonable, low price.

I was late to my appointment due to other appointments running late, despite being fully booked the team were able to find me a slot given how important this eye test was due to recently diagnosed health condition. The optometrist was the best one I have seen and very knowledgeable, did a great job on the prescription as my previous one was incorrect. Also, fixed my old glasses which were 5 years old.

Again , super support from all the staff ! Attention to detail and friendly as always 10/10 again . GEOFF

Excellent service.The only reason I haven't given a 5 is that I had floaters in one eye which had been there for about 2 weeks but was told there was no sign of any.I still have them 3 weeks later.

Manager was really friendly since I walked in and sat me down adjusted my old glasses found my new glasses fitted them very professional service

The hubby and myself use the specsaver at Seaham and have always had excellent service. The staff there are friendly and very helpful and we don't go anywhere else.

I was greeted well seen promptly and treated with respect and the optician gave me very useful information. The lady that measured me for my glasses was very professional. But when I returned to receive my glasses, the young girl that served me was most unhelpful and didn't seem to have a clue and i left dissatisfied.
