Great service

I had returned as the original glasses collected earlier in the month were not right and my vision was worse than my previous prescription so I had to see another optician for a further sight test. Rebecca (?) Billington was great, she was very thorough, explained what the changes to my eyesight were and amended my recall to 12 months because of a cataract.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole process was really easy and I was left to choose new frames without any hassle.

It's an great experience. Surgeons are very humble and polite. The staff was very supportive and helpful for everything.

Good service highly recommended

A great experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right frames and made some excellent recommendations. I’ve now received my varifocals and they are absolutely perfect for me — I adapted to them very easily and feel really comfortable wearing them. The whole experience was seamless, friendly and professional. Thank you!

Had an appointment at Abington street,Northampton at 14:55 and arrived 10 minutes early,for my contact lense assessment and prescription.Was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly.After 25 minutes after 14:55 i made a complaint to the receptionist .The director Jude was close by , noted what was said, but was ,like his staff apathetic and just totally not interested in the lack of customer service. I was going to buy some glasses,since a few weeks prior i had my prescription.I was also going to get some contact lenses also. It wasnt just the waiting but poor or non service that annoyed me,the lack of care and lack of empathy/service. Since this director took over service levels have plummited. Never again will i use them.

Helpful staff and great service

The service was poor, and in my case, I didn't like the treatment I received from the reception staff. They weren't kind enough to assist me properly when handing me the glasses. Everything had to be done while I was standing, and I have back problems. It caused me a lot of pain in my legs and spine. I had to stand the entire time.
