I felt very rushed the assistant barely spoke to me. While I was checking my vision with my new glasses she sat and sighed. Compared to my previous visit with the optician and fitted which was excellent I felt very uncomfortable.

Great service from everyone who helped me, from booking online, Trudi who registered me, George who performed the digital retinal photography, my optometrist Benedicta D, Daniel who helped me choose and order my frames to Uware who helped me when I collected my glasses! Definitely 5 stars! x

My glasses were delayed on delivery through no fault of Specsavers, I rang a week later to be told I was next on the list to be rung as my glasses had finally arrived, got me in for fitting on the same day at short notice, got to shop absolutely brilliant no waiting straight in on time glasses fitted, adjusted and back out in 15 minutes. Brilliant

Quick and easy ,the only down side the optician said i had a serious problem with my right eye ,when I attended the eye hospital they were not bothered with the problem and said its not serious and we will see you in 6 weeks

I had returned as the original glasses collected earlier in the month were not right and my vision was worse than my previous prescription so I had to see another optician for a further sight test. Rebecca (?) Billington was great, she was very thorough, explained what the changes to my eyesight were and amended my recall to 12 months because of a cataract.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole process was really easy and I was left to choose new frames without any hassle.

It's an great experience. Surgeons are very humble and polite. The staff was very supportive and helpful for everything.

A great experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right frames and made some excellent recommendations. I’ve now received my varifocals and they are absolutely perfect for me — I adapted to them very easily and feel really comfortable wearing them. The whole experience was seamless, friendly and professional. Thank you!
