SportOkay have responded on Trustpilot with incorrect information as they claim to have answered my email. This is not correct - I never received a reply to my email. Please fix this inaccuracy and be truthful. You did not answer my email or any of the questions I put on it. I will be cancelling the debit from my credit card tomorrow unless you wish to contact me to resolve.

Hi SportOkay - why are you claiming to have answered my email within 48 hours after my request when this is not true? Maybe you would like like to share the email answering my questions that you claim to have sent to me?

Hi SportOkay, I also would like this clarified. I have asked you many times for a copy of the email you claim to have sent answering my queries. Unfortunately you are not telling the truth. The only response I got was an automatic mail stating "We will answer it as soon as possible. At the moment we do need a little more time. Thanks for your understanding!".

There is nothing in my junk mail. Interestingly the time on the automatic reply matches the time you claim to have sent an email answering my questions!
Please stop this messing and honestly answer my questions.

Update 18 Feb 2021: SportOkay still have not sent the email they claim to have sent or responded to any of my emails which I sent them. Neither have they published on this site what they claim to have sent me. I have now cancelled my credit card payment. Make sure you only use credit card with this company so payment can be cancelled if necessary as in my case when they will not respond to my queries or resolve problems.

Customer service was super helpful. I entered the wrong delivery address, resulting in a failed elivery, and they were fast and helpful in organising a re-delivery to the correct address.

The worst experience. On November 28, I ordered 2 sets of touring skis bindings, skins and poles for my husband and myself ( Christmas present). The first package was delivered after 12 days. The skins I received in the package were 20 cm longer ( 153 cm skis and 174 cm skins) and therefore unusable. I don't have the second set even after 52 days. I repeatedly called and emailed the service. I was told the package was damaged by a shipping company ( I understand this might happen ) and it have not been returned yet. After 5 weeks mailing finally, the contac center informed me that they would refund the order, as the items are no more on stock . This was not true, because only the poles were sold out. I could expect they offer me another poles at similar price. Now I have to send back the wrong skin. I would expect more willingness and action towards the customer. No effort at all and great dissapointing.

On 8.1. I ordered Dynafit Winter Running W leggings, which can no longer be bought in the Czech Republic. The goods arrived in CZE 13.1. I highly recommend the store. And thank you for the speed! The next day I'm going to the mountains, so I'll try them;)

Ordered (dynafit ski speedfit pro 81 + , Dynafit bindings ST Rotation 10 90 mm, dynafit skins) at the cheapest price on the net, I saved about 200-250 € if compared to the best prices found in all shops around me (Turin area).
Received all goods in 4 days, all was perfect, including the gifted bag.
Hoping to use also the free ski pass you sent me..!

Great shop with great products at decent prices. The shop is highly recommended: Shipping was fast and arrived in the Netherlands within three days. Final delivery unfortunately took a bit longer as my parcel got stuck with the local delivery service. Good communication with the shop on the whereabouts of my parcel.

Order number: 500012715 from 29 May 2020:
I have placed an order online the 29 May 2020 and still today 27 June 2020 nothing has arrived. I have discovered that the parcel has been send to a wrong address so it has been rejected by the post and sent back to them. But it is only today after asking explanation to SportOkay what's going on with my parcel that they told me to control my delivery address and I discovered that the address was totally wrong ! Unacceptable. Now it seems that the parcel has not yet reach there place so I have no idea when I will be able to received my parcel. Maybe in 1 or 2 more month ?? At least the minimum they can do when it's a mistake from them, it's to send back the parcel but with express courier instead of Post AT. I am extremely disappointed especially when the weeks pass and you have to chase them to obtain a reply. Once again I really hope that they will read this review and send back the parcel but this time with Express Courier like UPS or whatever. It is the minimum they can do as gesture.
UPDATE 26 AUGUST 2020: I wanted to update this post to make sure reader know what to expect in case a problem: So finally I have received the goods few days ago but no gesture was done from them ! The parcel was send again with the same that's mean post Austria. VERY DISAPPOINTED !! and again to obtain the goods I had to chase them a lot.
