Great prices and super fast shipping in Austria

I ordered three different types of hiking shorts (salewa, Jack Wolfskin and Scott) the delivery was fast and perfect. One short (Scott) was too big- although all of them were ordered in size XL - so I returned it.

Would have given a 5 star review if the the first ordered ski jacket was not 3 weeks in transit and more substantial inner padding, but had to send back and got a refund in 2 days which was excellent.Took a gamble and ordered a better more substantial jacket 3 months later and my birthday came early.Beautiful ski jacket

Ordered my skis from the Netherlands, this Austrian store offered the best deal in Europe. Pricing, ordering-process, confirmation, and delivery were excellent. What more can I say :-)

They delivered the incorrect size and then charged me 36euro for their error, do not use this company

I purchased ski bindings in their end of season sale for a great price. Ordered on the evening of the 20th March delivered 26th March AM.

TERRIBLE STORE. I did the order from them for the first time, because the pair of ski which I wanted, was available only on their website. They sent me a ski with a HUGE scratch! After sending photos they gave me 35 EUR discount to the next order. Customer service is horrible too, they reply within 3-7 days. NOT RECOMMENDING, just bunch of thieves!

The artva wasn't brand new. Box opened and device dirty. Plastic envelops broken.... I opened a ticket, but customer service demonstrated to be extremely slow in replying. It was supposed to be a nice present but it turned into a nightmare without any support.

Dear SportOk, thank you for you rapid answer to my review but there is a lie in your answer: 10 days passed by since my ticket was opened and no action from your side was so far taken to fix the issue.

Very happy with the decision to order from this site. I've ordered a pair of Fischer skis, got a complementary ski bag and a 1 day ski pass on Austrian Stubai glacier (which probably I will not be able to use since I live 1200 km away). Received the products in 6 days in perfect shape, as ordered.

I haven’t received the item I’ve paid for.
The reply I got from customer service, specifically from Christoph, was that maybe someone else took it. Without any proof of delivery from the courier to prove this. Since this first reply I’ve bee trying to contact again the customer service without success as I’ve asked for a refund or for the actual delivery of the item I have already paid. I don’t recommend to buy any product if this is the service this website provides.

Fast delivery, excellent support (Martin) always replying within one working day, easy return process. Recommended!

No he realizado ninguna devolución, pero en caso de necesitar el sistema es muy fácil. En el paquete te incluyen un papel con instrucciones para la devolución y una etiqueta para el envío.

Products received in perfect conditions. To be an international shipping it has been fast (austria-spain).
They have many deals and discounts.
I didn't need any return, but in case of needed, they include inside the parcel a form with instructions to send them back and a label tracking to put on the parcel.
Confident shop, I definitely recommend it!

Ordered a 3699 EUR e-bike Sunday - still not shipped but money taken out of account.

- Monday they informed me that I had to pay 167 EUR additional for shipping (what a significant price increase) I asked them to at least throw in some extra equipment for that horrible price increase - they did not return on that note
- Monday they took out the full amount from my bank account (3699 EUR) which is illegal if the order has not been shipped
- Tuesday I transferred additional 167 EUR to their bank account for shipping on top of the shipping I had already paid

It is now Friday and the bike is still not shipped and they do not return to me and let me know when it will be done. Terrible experience.

There is no phone number to call and the customer service has a response time of about 24h with very short answers.

If you are going to buy a bike and you live within one of the countries that they specify in their “terms and conditions” think twice - you might get an extra bill on 167 EUR - I am still wondering if and when I will receive my now several thousand EUR equipment that has already been taken out of my account but not been sent.

I will be sharing this review on the E-bike forums that I used to find the bicycle in the first place - people need to know what to expect.

Updated: Got my bike 10 days later

I bought a sportwatch (Polar Vantage M2). Delivery was ok. The watch was not es described on the website of Polar - thats not a problem of SportOkay, that is a problem of Polar. But I wanted to return the watch and then the communication with SportOkay was not as helpful and as polite as I as a customer would expect it.
I found a solution together with Polar for it, so I did not finalize the fight with SportOkay.

@SportOkay: Regarding your last answer: I never told that you described the item wrong - see above.
