Since you have returned the full order, I have now processed a refund for your outbound shipping fee, which should appear in your account within the next few working days. Amazing service
I ordered the wrong size shoe and contacted the help desk. They explained how to return the wrong pair so we could do an exchange. I took the parcel to a pick up point and expected to get the replacement pair in about a week. But the whole process was so quick that I had the new shoes the next day! Somia Z guided me through things and was amazing.
All in all, the service has been incredible. So quick and efficient and so helpful. I’ve used Sportshoes.com before and I can’t recommend them enough

Excellent Service for Items Delayed in Transit
I ordered a new watch from SportShoes which was unfortunately delayed/stuck at a Royal Mail shipping depot for almost a week. I raised a ticket via the SportShoes website (as required on the website) and had a response within 24hours via email. A new replacement one was dispatched to me that same evening, which arrived as expected.
Very impressed with the service from SportShoes, a little less so with that from Royal Mail... Ryan J was a customer service agent who helped me out and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

My first time to order with SportsShoes.com as I was after specific New Balance Hierro trekking trainers in reasonable price range. Last season's model with many colour variations and size in stock, I managed to find ones in 40%.
Fast delivery. Less than 30h from checkout. I had to size up to same model but different colour. My email enquiry was answered promptly in professional manner, exchange and return is all easily done in following links.
