can't fined the price for the cascadia what are they hiding.seems to me they just send anything out just to get a sale.NOT EVEN A RETURN SLIP seems to me they are pulling a fast one do not order from the company Just to add I have found the price of the Brooks cascade 18 trail running shoe on the Brooks site they are £94 a pair so these robbing scumbags
have made £41 . by scamming .

Had awful problem with callus on soles of feet. AI search suggested pair of Inov8 Roclite Max GORE-TEX Men's Trail Shoes (Wide Fit) and possible stockists. I got pair at virtually half price to anything I could see elsewhere.
I ordered larger size, as informed to do, but they were still just a bit neat and had to return them. A kind customer service assistant kept me right with the returns process. (I was amazed to see you get up to 100 days to exchange.) I was even more impressed when the new shoes arrived two days after sending originals back. (If ordering these for yourself, I'd get at least one full size larger than your normal.)
All in all great service, great price and only wish I'd heard of the firm sooner.

Great customer service, highly recommend this company and will no doubt be a repeat customer. I was let down by Evri, who failed to attempt to deliver my first parcel. A few emails with customer service team who organized another pair of trainers to be sent by another courier.

My recently purchased walking boots leaked after only a few weeks. Customer services were easy to contact by phone, and Abi dealt with the returns process rapidly and efficiently – a replacement pair of boots was dispatched within 4 days of contact. Sportshoes and Abi have been excellent; they'll be my next port of call next time I need some kit.

Excellent service, I thought I'd ordered the wide version of the boot, but hadn't, the return process and replacement was swift and painless, Somia from their support team contacted me to ensure I got the right boots.
So refreshing for a company to have this level of after care and not just when making purchases.

Prompt delivery as promised .
Unfortunately when i opened box to inspect my purchase I noticed right away that one of the trainers had a defect on the front beside rubber toecap .
As this my third pair of these trainers which have been well used without any issues in the hills .
I proceed to inform supplier and put wheels in motion to replace above.
This took me a little longer to achieve as I am a bit slow with electronics.
But no problem there as customer service kept in touch with prompts asking how I was progressing.
And with a little participation on my part ie photos & information etc I manage to get there In the end .
Within 10 days I had my replacement trainers .
Cannot sing the praises of all in SportsShoes customer services enough .
