Shoes successfully exchanged following courier issue

Ordered some Saucony trail shoes which came up much smaller than anticipated. Used their ZigZag returns via Evri for an exchange (£4.50). Shoes got misplaced by the courier, but after the 7 working days elapsed Scarlett, who I had spoken with on the online chat, emailed to say she would honour the exchange. I now have some shoes I’m really happy with and would not hesitate to order from here again. Will be avoiding Evri though!

Bit of a fail

Bit of a fail. Ordered some shoes which were left in my bin by the courier and either stolen or collected by the council. Lengthy investigation eventually led to a replacement being sent...and the same thing happened! Another lengthy investigation and I decided to opt for a refund - which was then subject to an 'internal error' and still hasn't been actioned.

Good website with prompt despatch

Good website with prompt despatch. Unfortunately let down by the courier EVRI losing the first and replacement parcels. Abi in customer services was excellent with each report of Evri losing the parcels. Abi again promptly dispatching a 3rd pair, but with Royal Mail

Faulty product...turned into a great service experience

Had an unfortunate experience of buying faulty Leki poles which I needed to return. The customer experience through this frustrating time genuinely made me think alot of the sports shoes brand. The package was delivered within stated delivery time, arrived in good condition and was taken in by a neighbour.

Very positive experience

The online purchase was easy enough to do, the delivery service was quick and effective, and the item bought satisfies all stated requisites.
I particularly applaude the the fact that the company used a Premium Home Delivery service: I had previous deliveries with the same company but the vendors used a regular delivery service package, and the deliveries were most of the time delayed, or undelivered.
So, all in all, a very positive experience.

Brilliant service

Ordered my new running shoes before midday and received them less than 24 hours later - brilliant service!
The shoes (womens Gel Nimbus 27 Tokyo) are waiting for the heatwave to pass before having their first long run but they feel fantastic.

Avoid - both orders never arrived.

Placed order, first delivery never happened due to Evri losing order. Replacement order made and it too was lost. Have now cancelled order and requested refund. This is not how to run an online shop. I will not be using Sportshoes.com again
