I am a big fan of coffe but they need to improve alot in their taste. Only positive thing is their staff behaviour otherwisw its not worth going there for coffee anymore.

Mercedes Is The Best

I have been going to the same Starbucks for years. The place is like home to me. All the barristers are excellent and efficient. Of all though Mercedes the manager is one of the finest and kind people I know. She deserves an award for being so good. Neil Solon

Starbucks was honestly my fave of all…

Starbucks is honestly my fave of all the coffee shops but what they did during the pandemic is why I rarely go there. Imagine we are on lockdown and can't go anywhere and I am a gold member with almost enough points to keep it and because I was no longer able to go and buy drinks during lockdown I lost all my points. Left a bad taste in my month and so I no longer go. it would have cost nothing to extend the deadline but greed and the thought I would keep my loyalty when I was shown none during a horrible time was very telling. Customer service and retention is after profits.

Iced coffee

Iced coffee, out of brown sugar , took a iced Machiato. Iced not crushed. All the syrup at the bottom. R67.00 with R10.00 tip. Not cool.

I visited Starbucks recently and my…

I visited Starbucks recently and my experience was okay. The coffee tasted good and was made correctly, and the place had a nice atmosphere to sit and relax for a while.

However, the wait time was longer than expected, and my drink wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. The staff was polite, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy hours.

Overall, it’s a decent spot for coffee, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Customer service failure

This is not about a particular Starbucks Store. This review is about customer service. I use the Starbucks app. When I tried to use it to make a purchase, I found my gift cards in the app were fraudulently used in a city far from where I live. I was not in that city in 2026. Called customer service. I was told in order to restore the balance of the fraudulent amount, I needed the gift card and pin. Well, I thought the purpose of the app was to NOT have to carry around gift cards. So, of course, I do not have the physical gift card. Due to that fact, nothing can be done about the fraud? I am very disappointed in this exchange. In the past this has happened and my app account had been easily and without question restored. Needless to say, no more Starbucks for me!

I was at the Starbucks in Bremerton Wa…

I was at the Starbucks in Bremerton Wa at the Kitsap Way and National store Yeaterday. I have never, repeat,never had barista tell me that the way I wanted my drink was wrong and that if I wanted it the way I ordered it I should do it myself. Eric then explained that Starbuck's never makes drinks to order, that they have to do it in a certain way. Lied to in my face. I've been ordering my coffee the same way at multiple Starbucks for 30 years and this one may make me change my habits.

3oz coffee latter 6 bucks nver again

Incredible that portion get much smaller same price people need to stop buying at these places thankfully I hardly ever buy coffee or latter here. Outrageous the pricing to the amount you get no more Starbucks for me

I was driving and spot a Starbucks…

I was driving and spot a Starbucks yesterday because I am craving for a Java chip. The place was fine and the staff were nice to me.
But the only thing that annoyed me was it took longer than i expected to get just one drink.

The drink itself mate. No question about it ..its good!!
But the problem here is the time I wasted waiting...
This just happen one time so hopefully next time they will be better.

Eastham Starbucks .

Called at Eastham on the wirral.Staff were not welcoming ,no smiles ,in fact miserable as if she didn't want to be there . Upon taking our order ,which was customised ,there was no manners either. When we received our drinks ,my daughters drink had cinnamon allegedly sprinkled on ,think the whole tub fell on her drink ,it was undrinkable,so I took it back ,the staff didn't understand what she had done ,so I had to say it slowly, in the end asked for another drink . The staff knew we had that drink customised ,but we watched them do another ,weren't sure if it was ours or not , when we found out it was ours ,it was not customised ,so there again had to get another one ,that was customised . We were sitting opposite where we could see the staff ,no doubt we were being talked about . Tables were also filfy, when the tables were cleared by staff ,they were left dirty ,so no cleaning of the tables at all .won't be going there again ,costa here we come .

Hometown

Starbucks w Park Ridge, IL on Prospect.
I grew up in this city so it’s like home.
10/10 service, interesting crowds depending on the day but overall the middle table with 10 chairs is best to sit and do your work.

Just been to Starbucks at Charnock Richard Sevices southbound 15.30 on 20th February 2026. Served by the most pleasant and courteous young ladies ever in any coffee shop. Well Done.

Absolutely awful place to eat

Absolutely awful place to eat they have absolutely no brain cells about allergens and I was told by their barista that they serve “absolutely no cakes that is milk free” and not other than being apologetic about it they were rude and sounded proud that there wasn’t any cakes that were milk free. “All they serve is food and drinks that taste factory made” is what I overheard someone say as we were ordered out by the staff. It cant compete with other coffee shops that sever allergen free food like Caffè Nero. Pret A Manger and Costa. If you want to go to a coffee shop go to cafe Nero or pret instead of this coffee shop scandal. 1 Star.

I applied for a job at Starbucks in…

I applied for a job at Starbucks in Fairfield Ohio (Jungle Jim's) Store 02790. I got an email the next day, stating after careful consideration you have not been selected to move forward. The posting says * No previous experience required. Well I have worked my whoie life and I'm now 58. Did they do the math on from my resume for my age? They never met me in person or had a conversation with me. No I never worked for Starbucks, but I can learn. What a slap in the face!!!! This position has been on Indeed for over a month, I guess they really don't want anyone at all especially older people.

Less Ice

I order a Venti Ice coffee. My cup was filled to the brim with ice. I understand it needs to be cold. But that was way to much ice. That I am sure I did not get a full cup of coffee for which I paid.
