I am a big fan of coffe but they need to improve alot in their taste. Only positive thing is their staff behaviour otherwisw its not worth going there for coffee anymore.

Hope this message informs all of ur…

Hope this message informs all of ur employees, on the 15th of February ( Sunday ) 2026, I’m not sure the names of the employees that were working that day but whoever was on making drinks duty and doing the very easy action of putting lids tightly on drinks, can simply not do their job right. As my friend went to take a sip of her drink the lid bounced straight of her chin onto the fabric ( this could of almost caused her chin to be sliced open ) , then the worker came out ( walking at a pace that just screams “I can’t be bothered” ) gave us our croissants which happened to be a positive out of this hellish experience then we politely asked for napkins she said “ok” and then proceeded to take at least 10 minutes getting them, as she came out she was not apologetic whatsoever and gave a lazy attitude not only was this her mental appearance her physical appearance also was shocking she was wearing pyjama bottoms - ever since I was a young girl I have been taught that how you dress plays a huge part in your day this depends how you act and behave for the rest of ur day. I hope my review gets took into accounta
and this worker receives the training they need. This was Polmadie.

i’m honestly lost for words

i’m honestly lost for words. i just received my iced coffee which i have been looking forward to. and i go to take a sip and the LID FALLS OFF. the iced coffee falls down my top and the iced is inside my clothes . i’m so mad if you are going to work in a coffee shop (which speaks volumes about the work ethic of the worker ) you should at least know how to shut a cup. it was at the polmadie starbucks in glasgow and the worker was a blonde woman with glasses . not only did the drink spill but when i asked for napkins to help me the took 10 minutes to get them and didn’t even say sorry. please sort this out because i wouldn’t wish the feeling of ice inside your top on anyone not even my worst enemy (i would wish it on the worker though )

Never in my life have I ever seen an…

Never in my life have I ever seen an employee be that disrespectful and physical to another staff member and rude to a customer. It was absolutely appalling. Robert at the Carleton place location literally grabbed and wrestled a cup of water out of his coworkers hands as she noticed it had ice in it and knows I don’t like ice. Please look at the video…… once he grabbed the water he chucked it into the sink…. I told the sweet server whom is so lovely everytime I go in that I’ll never go back……

I was at the Starbucks in Goole just…

I was at the Starbucks in Goole just off Rawcliffe Road.
There were 3 females working. I was stood for nearly 10 minutes before someone engaged with me.
Nobody spoke when I entered, no eye contact no nothing.
It was the same for the man in front of me.
These 3 girls had no customer service skills.
Very poor,
I go into several of your outlets through the week and this one is by far the worse I have seen

I would give it a 5, but it’s bloody freezing. Staff wonderful as always, but they’re stood in a huddle to prevent frost bite. No heating in the store - is that even legal?

Staff is amazing! *inclusivity*

I was in Starbucks on Wednesday and my son (autistic) screamed a bit as he wanted a brownie, but we were still in the queue. A man in front of us, on his 60 turned around and shouted at him: Will you shut up! I did not have a reaction as the man seemed aggressive but the staff was amazing. They helped me and made me feel safe. They asked the man to leave but he did not, this is unnaceptable to do with a 5 year old neurodivergent child.
This is Starbucks in Craigavon in front of airtastic. Thanks to the amazing staff of the store!!

Avoid Starbucks Scunthorpe

A simple order of an espresso and a plain croissant. Coffee was warm at best and croissant stale. I took it back to the counter and asked how long they have been on the counter. I was told the packet was opened yesterday, as though that is OK. I was offered to have it warmed up Croissants need to be fresh for goodness sake. Never again

Bracknell Starbucks <3

I was not able to do the survey, but Jess and Yousif provided the busy customer service! Yousif let me know about the survey and let me know about the rewards that the survey provides. It is very clean (it was 8am) and even though they just opened, they still provided me with kindness. Thank you both for helping me through my shift today!

It was poor coffee.

It was poor coffee.
Although the ambiance was pleasant, the coffee's quality wasn't particularly noteworthy in comparison to previous visits. There is potential for enhancement.

uncomfortable, nosiy and dirty

starbucks obsession with non functional, uncomfortable round furniture completely ruins their cafes. They play loud music and are often dirty. All in all they are usually unpleasant spaces to spend any time
