The best thing is they paid my claim in full. The staff were all helpful although it took some considerable time to finally get the correct form to complete
There is a separate one for cancellation of part of a holiday as to medical expenses. Also the same documentation was requested several times

Due to issues with current insurer & having a holiday booked for 4 weeks time I contacted you as a last hope that we could go. The lovely lass I spoke to was amazing! Went through everything with me with & confirmed we would be covered for everything we needed. She went through all of our options (single trip for 1/single trip for couple/ yearly cover for couple with patience, friendliness & professionalism. There was no rush & she totally put me at my ease. Thanks to her we can look forward to our holiday knowing that we’re covered
