The whole procedure went very well from dropping the hired car off, having the damage to my car looked at excellent survey done, work done on my car was 100% well happy.

It was made simple from beginning to end - I could choose to drop the car off or have it collected from a chosen address, time and date to suit me.

The work done on the car was 1st class - it looked like a new car AND it was valeted inside and out for me, which I appreciated.

The customer service I received (particularly from Jamie) was outstanding, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs, assist with taking photos/videos etc.

I’d thoroughly recommend Steer at Portsmouth.

A minor repair was completed very quickly. Excellent quality, with polite and engaging staff. The car was cleaned too, bonus.

A very good service my vehicle was collected very quickly and taken to the Chippenham branch, where the repair was performed within a few days and I was contacted and advised that the vehicle was ready to be collected. I wasn’t able to collect for a few days as away on holiday but this wasn’t a problem to them. When I did collect my vehicle the following week I was greeted by friendly staff taken to my vehicle to find the repair was done and the vehicle had even been washed. A big thank you to the Chippenham branch, I would definitely recommend them.

Overall a good experience with just a few small negatives.

The quality of their repairs is excellent, cannot fault them as my car now looks brand new, really happy with it.

I was updated every 2 days mostly with the progress of my car and again that was a great service, the only negative here and it could be a miscommunication was I thought my car would arrive with me on the 27th as the communication from them was saying the car is on track to be finalised by then, I'd gotten their loan car filled and ready for them to collect by that date, it then turned out it would be the following Monday as it needed valeting still.

I was contacted asking about parts of the damage questioning it but I believe my insurance called to tell them to fix this as it was part of the accident, so that was fairly straight forward too.

As it was a tesla I can see the charge level and at the point it was due to be sent back to me it was still at around 12 miles. a bit annoying as it was charged to them being able to deliver it to me then I couldn't really use it as it was left with me with 10 miles, just enough to get me to the charging station. Annoying as I was expected to fill their loan car to full, it's not like I could claim that money back.

I then noticed I was missing some parts from my car. this was fairly straight forward as they were able to refund me after I'd bought the parts again so it was a bit inconvenient but they made it right.

Overall I would recommend them to others on the repair quality alone.

Steer have been fantastic. From the lovely reception staff, to the updates on the repair, to the super speedy service, they have been flawless! I couldn’t fault them at all.

Called in to Steer West Maidstone this afternoon thinking we needed to collect a hire car but it was our error.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist kindly arranged for one of their staff members (Lee) to drop us into Maidstone. Lee broke away from his lunch without issue.

Good communication. Happy to answer updates whenever I called. Let me know when there was a delay outside of their control. Returned car clean and looking good as new. Repair is great.

Amazing service from Josh and Steve who managed to sort the under tray of my car which had slipped down and although not directly related to work I had done they kindly sorted this for me free of charge. The service and support was great and I am very grateful . Thank you so much !
