I purchased Stellar Repair for Outlook…

I purchased Stellar Repair for Outlook and have had a very disappointing experience.

I spent several days attempting to use the software and followed extensive troubleshooting steps provided by their support team. This included multiple repair attempts under different conditions, remote support sessions, and uploading large files via FTP and Dropbox as requested.

Despite investing over 80 hours trying to resolve the issue, the software did not work for my case and my data issue remained unresolved.

I requested a refund under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee, as I believed I had made a fair effort to try the product and follow all instructions. However, my refund request has repeatedly been denied, and I have been asked to continue additional troubleshooting steps instead of receiving a refund.

I have since uninstalled and deactivated the software, as I no longer wish to continue using it.

As a student, this was a significant purchase for me, and I am very disappointed with both the outcome and the handling of my refund request.

I hope others have a better experience, but based on my case, I cannot recommend this product.

They offer their service as free, the only thing that is free is a 10 second preview. Misleading advertising, stay away from this company!

All data recoverd. No data usable anymore

I had to restore audiofiles from harddisk, I accidently deleted. I did not write any other data afterwards.

Bought the software, restored the files. All headers were damaged, none of thre files was usable.

The support asked 1000s of questions and told me afterwards that Stellar Data Recorvery won't damage data, just reads and restores. Files maybe corrupted even before, which is not true.

This software did not help me at all. I would stay away from it.
