STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! I paid for a service and after they charged my card it never showed up on my account and kept asking me to buy it again. I needed the files that day so I used another service and reach out out to them for a refund. Days later they fixed the issue and told me it was against their policy to refund it even though they added the service to my account days later when they could have refunded it and never added it. If you want to pay for something you may never get then buy this!!!!

Stellar will not honour refund

I purchased Stellar Converter for OST. It did not work. I contacted support and asked for refund. I was informed that they only refund if they cannot make it work. After many emails in which they admitted it does not work in our environment, they refused to provide a refund.

I would like to update my review regarding Stellar Info.

Unfortunately, the software did not work in my specific case. I tested it to see whether it could recover documents, photos, and other files, but the recovered images were only displayed in gray and I was unable to restore usable files. This may have been due to the condition of the files or my specific situation.

However, I would also like to mention that the customer support team was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. There was a delay with the refund because of an open PayPal dispute/chargeback case, but the team explained everything clearly and stayed in contact with me.

In the end, the refund was processed successfully, and I appreciate the polite and professional way the situation was handled. Even though the software did not work for me personally, I had a positive experience with their customer service.

Tuttavia, a causa di una contestazione/storno di addebito aperta su PayPal, non siamo stati temporaneamente in grado di elaborare il rimborso direttamente da parte nostra. Per risolvere la situazione, ci siamo coordinati con il nostro partner di pagamento e abbiamo inviato una richiesta relativa alla procedura di rimborso e chiusura dello storno.

Desideriamo inoltre informarla che il suo rimborso è stato ora elaborato. Riceverà un aggiornamento dal partner di pagamento non appena la contestazione/storno di addebito sarà ufficialmente chiusa e completata da parte loro.

Per Stellar, la soddisfazione del cliente è molto importante. La nostra intenzione non è mai stata quella di negare assistenza o ritardare la risoluzione.
