Confusing Sizing and Hidden Return Fees
The sizing is incredibly confusing because kids, junior, and adult sizes are all mixed together. To make matters worse, they don't offer exchanges for these sizing errors—you have to return the item and place a new order, which means paying the delivery fee all over again.

Most items are sold by inches of the waist/chest. This allows parents to measure their children and order the correct size, rather than rely on generic small/medium/large. If you require sizing support, our customer service team will be happy to help.

Quick and easy process from start to finish
