The company is amazing, I was sent the wrong blazer by mistake. I got in touch by email and the responded straight away and sent another blazer out and I got it straight away 2 days later, and just on time before my daughter started her new school, amazing customer service

Very expensive and not great quality
Very expensive and not great quality. I have to do stitching so many times on the school blazer. Single item cost £39 and with added 4.99 with delivery. Really ridiculous for children's uniform. They should make it cheaper. No way it will cost nearly £40.

Awful service - no email confirmation that it had arrived in store but 4 emails to ask me to rate my service. I also tried to contact the store by telephone but the number is not available and no one replied to my email. Very disappointed ☹️

The cost of the blazer is ridiculous…
The cost of the blazer is ridiculous when you look at what an adult male blazer costs.
The material doesn’t feel good quality for the money. Short in the body but long in sleeves. No choice but to keep it due to it being mandatory.
PE clothes are not good enough material to last a term. They snag and pull with one wear. Again the cost is too high. PE bottoms same style in M&S for £18.

We are sorry to hear you have experienced difficulties with sizing requirements. Some garments are designed to fit differently and may therefore not follow a rule of 'one size fits all'.
For example, sportswear is often designed to be more fitted than general daywear, so differing sizes may be required to obtain the suited fit.

If only I had a choice…
As always, through 3 schools, expensive, poor quality and poor value uniform that I have no option to buy elsewhere. And. Despite having literally spent a four figure sum, there is a delivery charge.
