I bought a dress from this company based on a Natalie Angel 'Try Before You Buy' advertisement on Facebook. Funny how I thought a recommendation from someone like Natalie Angel would help me avoid getting sucked into a scam. Unfortunately not. Dress cost $100.

Dress was not worth the price once it arrived. Material was shockingly bad, size was incorrect, their measurements guide is inaccurate. Total fail - so, having bought it at full price I assumed I could return and get a refund. After all, that's one of the cornerstones of online shopping for clothes, right?

Wrong. St Frock do not offer refunds, even on full price items. Best you will get is a store credit! OMG - you cannot be serious.

Further, the refund process takes FOREVER and is not transparent - no communication. I bought this dress in early May, sent it back promptly once it arrived late May. Thank God I am one of those people who checks their bank statement every month, and come 1 July, when I still did not see a refund in my account, I contacted St Frock to ask 'where's the refund?', only to be told 'you have been issued a store credit'. Apparently the credit has been sitting in some account on their website and I had no idea. Shockingly bad communication with customers!

Now I am stuck with a store credit for a dress I did not want. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. If an online clothing store is not prepared to offer refunds, they should not be in business.

I have order from them a few times every time hoping for the best. I am a 16 in most clothing with a bigger chest so I take my measurements and the dress that come are always to big. If I had to the money to buy two of the same dress and return one, I would but I'm not lucky enough to have that kind of money. When you are an online store and have no way to try the clothing and only have the measurement to go by and they are not correct I feel so frustrated being out money and don't want to try again because what if the next dress has the same issue. Not only that if I'm buying a dress its for a purpose and by the time the first one comes there isn't enough time to return and wait for the replacement. Online stores should have a full refund policy not store credit I would consider buying from you more often it this was the case and if it wasn't for the fact that this is a bridesmaid dress i wouldn't buy from you again at all.

Great website, easy to navigate. Lots to choose from. Good company to deal with. Quick response for any queries. Highly recommend.

Great experience. After sales and communication 5 star. Quality of products very good. I love the opportunity they offer to buy the same outfit in different sizes and offer free return for the item that does not suit and a full refund! Never found this before in any other online store.

The customer service at St Frock is excellent. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I will go as far as saying it is probably the best I have ever experienced.

My favourite clothing brand is StFrocks! Really lovely the colours and patterns. The customer service if fantastic, they are always prompt to reply.
They also sent me a suprise gift and I was thrilled, it made my day :)

Company is legitimate. They send out items, honour returns, etc. Website and customer service is quite good. Items match photos and descriptions are pretty accurate. What I feel lets St Frock down is the quality relative to price. IMO they are overpriced for what you get (even with sale discounts). Many of the items are synthetic blends. The problem with that is you never know what it's going to feel like. Some synthetic items are quite comfortable, others are not. Because they do not do refunds (store credits only) I had to order several items before I found one that I liked enough to keep. Which is a huge pain as it took months and many trips back and forth to the post office to finally get it all resolved. Aside from the major inconvenience of having to initiate several returns, it's not good for the environment sending parcels back and forth. If you are wondering what sort of quality level to expect from this company.... think Millers or Rivers (both of which have gone bust now) but with a higher price tag. Personally, I won't be shopping with them again.

They claim that they measure garments themselves to ensure provided measurements are correct... Well, no, they actually don't! My partner bought 2 jumpers for me, one was supposed to be 72cm in length, it was actually 62cm. The other claimed to be 62cm, it was closer to 58cm. Also be aware that when you return items they will refuse to refund you, they only offer a store credit so your money is gone once you give it to them, even if it's their fault your items don't fit IE: If an item doesn't meet your own claimed measurements, it's a faulty item St Frock!

I recently made an error with my late night online order.
I left a message for customer service on the off chance the ordering system would see my error.
The following morning Customer Service replied with a friendly email confirming how they would resolve this for me.
This is why I continue to shop with St Frock, not just beautiful dresses but exceptional customer service. Thank you.

This is the second purchase I have made from St Frock.
I omitted to put my discount code in when I made my latest purchase. After messaging St Frock, Ally immediately offered me a store credit or a refund for the discount amount.
All of this had happened within the hour.

I bought one of the sequin dresses for a glitz and glam themed party and I was really pleased by the quality and thoughtful addition of it being fully lined on the inside which meant no itching or irritating my skin. I had to return my first order to find the right size but it was so easy and quick, and the support team responded within the hour when I had an issue finding the returns label email. Highly recommend St Frock for their quality and great customer support. Fantastic quality for such affordable prices too!

Please avoid this online store at all cost. They do not offer refunds for return items and you are stuck with store credit to use on poorly made items. I returned an item two weeks ago that was purchased with a refund store credit and yet to receive confirmation of receipt neither has the returned item been processed. It looks like my $80+ is a write off. Extortionists.

I had a problem with my account, so sent an email to St Frock customer service. They responded straight away and sorted out my issue no problem at all. Very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend

Gosh the amount of fake positive reviews from St Frock on here are a worry. Don't believe any of them. This is a fraudulent company with cheaply made clothes at exorbitant prices who then refuse to refund your money. No idea how they're still operating

This was my first time ordering from this company and i was extremely disappointed with the returns policy. I would avoid them at all costs!!! buyer beware !!!!
My dress turned up faulty- i opened the bag to find the loop to button it, broken. I immediately took a photo and contacted them. They replied by saying they dont do refunds or exchanges and that they wouldnt replace the item until it was returned/received by them. This is not good enough!!!! - i ordered in good faith and expected to receive a product that was able to be worn. When receiving faulty items a consumer SHOULD NOT be the one to jump through hoops and wait 7-10 days to receive a refund or replacement.
Please think twice before ordering from this company- im sure you can find a more customer-focused company to support.
Cant even comment on the quality of the dress at this stage but i dont expect it to be great :-(

Love the dress I received from St Frock. I needed to get a smaller size and the process to return was so easy and stress free. A great company to deal with and fabulous dresses!

I love St Frock. They have clothes for every occasion & are priced right. They have an easy returns policy & you can contact them quickly online if needed. I cannot recommend them enough.
