Samples received without issue and very well presented. delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Also visited the factory to follow up turning our sample into order. Poor Product
Product is sold with 'calcite veins' which visually look cracked, 'recommended' to hide these tiles and its acceptable, refused to replace! WHY would I pay for a product and hide!!
Tiles now fitted, 2mm stated for variance can be up to 6mm (ultrasonic thickness gauge and calliper used) so don't expect a flat floor, also most tiles are not square so your never working 'plumb' or have a square edge. These would only be acceptable outside on a patio unless your happy with the above.
Add 25% for breakages as the product is poor and more like slate as is crumbles and breaks.
Fast response in sending replacements for breakages is the only positive, customer support is weak once you have paid.....................steer clear
Its a shame my installed floor dose not look like the professional photo used in the advertisement.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the natural characteristics of the limestone tiles you purchased. We want to clarify that the advisor you spoke with did not instruct you to “hide” the tiles; rather, the recommendation was to place tiles with more prominent calcite veins in less noticeable areas.
As you’ve noted, the tiles are structurally sound and not cracked, so we would not normally be obliged to replace them, however we did replace the damaged tiles without delay. We do, however, appreciate your positive comments regarding our fast response for replacements in the case of breakages and will take your feedback on customer support on board.

Really helpful
Stone&Tile are a refreshingly helpful company to deal with. My tiles were out for delivery on a date that I couldn’t make but they made a concerted effort to contact the delivery service and arranged a safe delivery in my absence. The tiles are for a project in the near future so have not been unpacked yet, but they look perfect for the job.
