Slight delay in delivery but great communication once I concated to query the delay. On arrival it was really well protected and a great price.

Delivered on time and product is strong and well packaged. My only gripe is it came with a 2 pin plug and not a 3 pin and no adapter included. Emailed company and no reply. Have to get electrician to change plug.

The set arrived in perfect condition , my sons helped the delivery man put everything in the garage . Then after a cuppa they (my sons not the man) put it together , it was easy to do but they both do that sort of thing in their work anyway . Sorted 😆happy .

Excellent service provided by StovesAreUs when purchasing a Solo Stove Smokeless Firepit, it was the most competitively priced site and arrived a few days later so we were extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

The cover for my smoker was out of stock even though it showed as available when I ordered. That’s somewhat forgivable, but the issue was having to call several times to chase it up. The phone staff were helpful at the time, but they didn’t follow through on their promise to update me. Three weeks later I had to call again to learn the cover was finally being dispatched, and I still didn’t receive any notification. I hope the smoker itself is problem-free, because I’d rather not have to deal with them again.
