There were so may issues with this agent it took months to sort out and although we were compensated by them it was not worth the time, cost and stress it took to resolve. Any issue the tenant told them needed resolving we approved within 24 hours but then had to chase and chase to get it done !! Leases went out incorrectly, notices to the tenants were not served (even when I reminded them) - the tenants deposit - which we were allowed back in full after arbitration did not cover the cost of the repairs while they were in the property. This is despite having paid for full management. The property condition reports they sent were wrong. None of the real condition of the property was sent to us - photos seeming not to capture it..... If I sent you their response to this you would laugh (apparently all the issues happened during the weekend between the tenants leaving and the photos .... seriously ) and this resulted in us losing the sale of the property incurring a further 1,200 of legal costs - Then there was the time they suggested that as our lights went over the pool table we could reduce the rent or take down the ceiling .....until I suggested trunking up the wall and along the ceiling - problem solved ....... this is the level we are talking about. Or how about putting our house on the internet for Rent months after they no longer had the property and at a rate LESS than they got for it years earlier !! we had to tell them to take it down ! I could go on ...... And then at the end - after all the issues cost and time they "nickeled and dimed" us and we cut our losses and settled. But OMG we are a professional competent genuine family who happen to have contracts abroad - we are not landlords by profession - this is our home.... But Stows took an absolute chunk out of us. We have never paid so much money to do the work ourselves. I am now aware that I am not the only one to have issues - but one thing Stows do do well is Marketing and people with not great experiences tell me they feel they wont be believed. Trust me ! read the above and tell me you could make this up !! I am not a big reviewer on TrustPilot - but I have also left this on Google where I written over 50 reviews and it is very rare for me to be this negative without due cause

From start to finish Stow Brothers have been superb estate agents. We felt completely looked after and informed and very much appreciated Anita’s (and Josh’s) efficient way of working. Let’s be honest, estate agents don’t have the best reputation (!) but I can whole heartedly say these guys are genuinely thoughtful, honest and working for the people! #notallestateagents

I was shown a property by Holly, she supported me throughout the process with the referencing and application. It was a smooth and simple process which is many times very daunting.

She kept me up to date in progress and was extremely accommodating with regards to key handover and other requests.

This was a pleasant experience and I am thankful for the support I received from Holly throughout the whole process from the day I had requested a viewing to even after I had moved in!

Anita has been the most fantastic property manager. Kind, attentive and a lovely human - we’re moving on to pastures new but we wished we could have stayed with Anita & Stow Bros.

In my experience, Stow Brothers always work hard to fix issues, even if contractors can sometimes be a little slow. (But the contractors are still loads better than I have experienced in London, before now.) Our property manager, Anita Dodd, is excellent. She is always ready to listen, and is very proactive in communicating with us/organising around our schedule. Thanks again!

From the first point of contact to the completion of our sale the service was outstanding. The gentleman who came to value our property was polite & respectful of our home, as was the photographer who took the photos.
I feel a special shout out must go to a young lady called Jessica I feel she went over and above, she kept us well informed about the sale, called us weekly to update us and more frequently as we neared completion, offered a listening ear when things were not going so well with our purchase & generally made us feel that nothing was too much bother, she is defintely as asset to the company.

Mia did a great job of nudging my sale through - easily navigating her way round the issue that the purchasers were based overseas.

Our experience with Stow Brothers started just under a year ago when we started to look for a new home. We always appreciated the quality of properties available & responsive to both initial enquiries & subsequent communication about offers. We were lucky to be successful in one of our applications & even luckier to have Silvio guide us through it, making extra time for second viewings, & keeping us updated on the progress of the move in. He is so friendly & personable, it was a pleasure to work with him.
The property we rent is also managed by Stow Brothers & the service this side is also exceptional. Ashleigh has been our property manager & has gone out of her way when we experienced complications to understand the context & get it resolved. Her warmth & openness has meant getting us settled in so much easier.

My wife and I have been tenants with Stow Brothers for about three years and couldn’t ask for a better service so far. A special mention goes to Anita Datta who is always very responsive and proactive!
