Great service all looked after seamlessly by Matthew and. Sophie .
My car needed a number of things sorting for which I liaised with Matthew as the requirements where complex - Matthew talked me through what was needed which made my life so much easier especially as I was also dealing with a family bereavement at the same time . I then dealt with Sophie who sorted out all the warranty submissions taking away all my stress - keeping me informed at all times with what was happening . When the car was ready both Sophie and Matthew where there to talk me through what had been done and the fact the warranty covered everything was the icing on the cake . Thank you both so much for all your hard work and making a stressful time so much easier - you are both a real credit to Stratstone and Audi

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Experience
I paid a £500 deposit to Warrington Audi in November 2025 and was told it would be refunded. Months later, I still have not received my money back.
I have called multiple times and spoken with management, including Anthony, and each time I was promised the refund would be processed. Despite these repeated assurances, nothing has happened and I am still waiting for my £500.
Chasing your own money for months is completely unacceptable for a dealership representing a major brand. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.
If you are considering dealing with Warrington Audi, be very careful about paying any deposit and make sure you have everything in writing.
I am still waiting for my £500 refund and expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
