Took my car in for a service on saturday morning, after booking it in with the service receptionist we left to go shopping. 10 minutes later I received a call to say the service wasn't due until next year, but the would do the mot as well!! I then explained it gets serviced every year regardless, and as for the mot I didn't book the car in for that.
Upon collecting the car i found out they had mot'd it, which i hadn't asked for, but there are now 2 advisories on it, which would have been sorted before it went for mot anyway.
I am still waiting for a manager to contact me regarding their incompetence!!!!

Just bought my BMW X1 via Nathan in the sales team. Really nice guy, very helpful, and did me a great deal against my part exchange. I live near Derby and have some medical issues and he delivered the car to me which, for him was a round trip of 212 miles. How's that for service. Had a few queries during the purchase, over a couple of days, and if he wasnt available he was assisted by colleagues Sam, Kerion and Bash. Again all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Must'nt forget Lydia who talked me through the service plan. What a team. Highly recommended.

Recently bought my BMW X7 from Stratstone BMW Hull and it’s been the best dealership experience I’ve had. From the first visit (where Steve even stayed late to help me out) through to the aftercare months later.
Steven Briggs has been great to deal with. Attentive, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout. Ricky, the used car sales manager, was also supportive early on, but it’s Steve’s ongoing aftercare that’s really stood out.
The service team have been excellent as well, handling every request and making sure the car was made up to a high standard. Did a solid job with fixes, which I really appreciate. Not surprised the dealership has got so many awards on display.
No complaints at all - genuine 10/10 experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying with Steve and this dealership.

He searched both new and used car stocks and found just one meeting my needs, which was on the forecourt, I received a good PX price for my bmw 300e tourer. 73 plate. A great experience from an empathic and customer focused sales man 11/10.

I recently bought a new 1 series and was looked after by a gentleman called Steve, I gave him a tricky budget and plenty of demands and he came through on everything I asked for.

I had been looking for a BMW 220 for a while and saw that Stratstone Hull had a demonstrator in the colour and with the spec I wanted on site.
On arriving at the dealership the receptionist directed me to Sam Stevenson in the sales department and he quickly organised a road test in the demonstrator. When we returned we sat down and started talking about the various different options to buy the car - PCP, HP, outright purchase - and Sam explained everything fully and in simple terms. He pointed out that for not much more money I could actually buy a brand new car and as I had never owned a new car this is the route I decided to go down. Sam appraised my old car and we agreed on a part ex price ( neither of us were 100% happy and that is how it should be). Sam offered to throw in paint protection and a full tank of fuel so we settled on the final figure and estimated date of collection, I paid a deposit and left. I received multiple updates from Sam regarding delivery issues but I just had to wait slightly longer than expected but it didn't cause me any issues. When I collected the car I just had to do a little bit of paperwork and off I went. About two weeks into ownership I realised that I hadn't received my car care cleaning kit so I messaged Sam. A few days later he dropped a kit off at my work for me on his day off.
I received excellent customer service throughout my buying experience and Sam was very easy to deal with and delivered everything he promised.
