Great customer service , very helpful , couldn’t ask for any better

I would like to thank Steve for doing such a good job went be beyond and above my expectations anyway it was a bit of misunderstanding but he sorted it out and virtually the company looked after me to make sure I had transported to get to 2 and from work et cetera thank you Stev loving the new ride of the i3

The parts department has no counter! You have to ring a bell and stand outside in the cold and wet and wait for someone to be bothered to come out, it’s ridicules for what supposed to be a premium car dealership. Also they don’t bother to answer the phone I made a 11mile round trip to buy some BMW coolant only to told its card only! So another 11mile trip for a simple part, when I ask why they don’t have a parts counter, she replied I don’t know what you mean? When I eventually received it she wasn’t sure it was right one because they had changed the container shape! 2hrs and 22miles just to get some antifreeze! unbelievable but true.

Great experience at Stratstone BMW Hull. The whole process of looking at cars to ordering and taking delivery has been excellent. I would highly recommend the dealership.

Steve is friendly not pushy and has plenty of advice

Awful experience with an individual saleswoman. After deciding not to proceed with a new vehicle I asked for my £1000 (that I was told was fully refundable) to be returned. 14 days later and after sending 5x emails there is no refund despite assurances. Now this person has ignored my two most recent emails and one phone call. What an awful way to treat a customer.

UPDATE- Spoke to the sales manager via phone only to be told the refund has been issued but he doesn’t know where the money is so not very helpful. No apology and I was practically accused of making up a better deal on a vehicle that I’m actually now driving.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM WILL AT BMW HULL.

The service given by Stratstone Hull has been completely above and beyond the service given by other dealers over the past few years. I took my car in for a service because it’s the closest one to where I live, but primarily because past experiences had left a sour taste in my mouth. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome, offered refreshments and given a full rundown on what to expect on the day. Alison in servicing couldn’t have done any more to make me feel valued, from her mannerisms to her enthusiasm, even going as far to asking about my plans for the day. It was as a direct result of the level of service she afforded me that I decided to enquire about an upgrade of my current vehicle. Steve stepped in once my service was completed and listened to what my requirements were, talked me through a couple of examples and answered a few questions I had too. He was helpful and considerate right from the start, not in the least bit pushy but gave me assurances that he’d do his best to find what I was looking for. The next day, he rang me to say he’d found a vehicle which met every single minute detail I’d asked for, and then exceeded those expectations with a few little bonus features too. I cannot recommend them both highly enough and will only use Stratstone Hull for servicing going forward and will be coming back to them again when it’s time to change again (but first I want to enjoy my perfect new car for a bit!)
