Stratstone - Mayfair Land Rover Reviews 81

It's been well over a month now, and Land Rover Stratstone Mayfair has still not returned my £5k deposit. I was disappointed to have been rejected for finance post deposit payment, but the lender is completely within their right to do this. However, I found the sudden radio silence from Land Rover Stratstone Mayfair when it has come to returning my deposit both unethical and opportunistic. Until now, I thought both Range Rover and Stratstone Mayfair were synonymous with class, quality builds and integrity. I know now that this couldn't be further from the truth.

Alfie and Peter were amazing, Alfie’s communication was on point, I had my new vehicle delivered promptly by Peter who was an absolute god sent showing me how to navigate all the new features. I would highly recommend Stratstone.

This is a shout-out for Anthony who ferried my new Discovery Sports. He patiently took me through all the functionalities of the car, especially Pivi Pro. It was really helpful and I very much appreciate it. Many thanks.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to manage their expectations before purchasing from this dealership.

Sales rep was extremely responsive and helpful right up until the payment was made. Unfortunately, once the money had been transferred, the level of service dropped significantly.

The car was handed over in an unacceptable condition, it was unclean, more concerning, the car doors did not open from inside the car, had a ripped tyre and damaged alloy wheel. This should have been identified and resolved before asking us to collect the car. It did not reflect the standard you would expect from a professional showroom in Mayfair.

Despite numerous calls and raising a formal complaint with Stratstone head office, I received no response. I followed this up with a further complaint regarding the absence of a response, again no reply. The near complete absence of after-sales support has been the most disappointing part of the experience.

Buying a car is a significant purchase, and customers deserve proper preparation of the vehicle and responsive aftercare. Sadly this was not my experience with this dealership.

I am writing this review to help others make an informed decision. Although it took over a month, but for the excellent service from Peter and Land Rover assist, the problems would still exist.

The service we received from Pete at Stratstone Land Rover was excellent. He was honest, transparent, and consistently acted with our best interests in mind throughout the process. Communication was clear and straightforward, which made the experience a positive one overall.

Peter came out especially to fix an issue we were having. Thrilled with the level of service!

Had to collect a new car from Stratstone Mayfair today and Anthony (driver?) was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Made my task much easier and quicker than anticipated. Thank you Anthony.

Peter Dropped my Range Rover off this evening , He kept me imformed as to an eta for the delivery.

I have dealt with Chris and Peter at Stratstone Mayfair previously so went back looking for another vehicle. Although JLR have suffered the past few weeks with the Cyber attack Chris did everything to get the car I requested. Absolutely fantastic service again and lovely to see Peter again who is such a gent and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stratstone Mayfair supplied me with a pre owned Defender, after an initial blip, the service and attention I have received from both the Sales Exec(Sam Grantley) and the service Manager(Aiden) of Tottenham Stratstone has been outstanding. I will not hesitate to return to Stratsone Mayfair, well done to All & thank you.
