I'm not very happy with my advisor—she didn't provide much information initially (please refer to our correspondent's email). Additionally, the car wasn't cleaned as I requested, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

I was offered an office to work in from the whilst the car was serviced and provided with refreshments on a regular basis by incredibly friendly staff.
