Amazing customer service. When an issue arose on a return - 100% my own error - they solved it when they didn't really need to. Rai, the customer services manager, was fantastic.

It seems a bit tragic to encounter any tremendous hiccup when you order an expensive product. However, how your concerns are handled and managed makes all the difference.

They attempted to pawn me off with a t-shirt than had been clearly worn and potentially put in the washing machine. It smelt like sweat and washing detergent. I was outraged. They agreed to replace and sent me a free postage label. The new tee arrived today and was new. Wouldn’t buy from them again. Massive inconvenience.

I wished to purchase a Blunt’s ‘Sport’ umbrella. I struggled a little to pay for this item via Amazon and phoned Stuarts London to establish the best method.
I spoke with Rei who could not have been more helpful, professional and courteous.
In short, it was a pleasant ‘phone call with an excellent outcome !

Received product within 24 hours of ordering. Delighted with quality and assistance provided by the customer service manager, Rai. This is why I'm a long standing customer of Stuarts of London!

Placed an order with this supplier as it had the best price but delays to processing meant it was delivered a day after the birthday it was bought for. Not great but the company sorted quickly and apologised and that's a good sign in my book.

I placed an order for shoes in this store. The next day, I received a message that my order had been canceled.
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the store didn't make enough profit on the transaction and it wasn't worth it for them to send me my order.
Not recommended.

My delivery address was in Greece. They sent my order with some kind of delivery company called elta

After 1 month of waiting I found out that my order was stuck in the post office and I had to pick it up and plus pay some additional 27 EUR (I don't even know why).

I called Stuarts London and all they can say is "I don't know. there's nobody to answer your questions, you have to deal with that delivery company by yourself"

Well... This is how they handle customer problems. Doesn't seem like a company to trust to me

I bought my wedding shoes from Stuarts and after changing my mind about them with less than a week to go, Rai's communication was top class. He organised a quick exchange to another style and talked me through the process at every step. Unfortunately the new pair didn't fit, so again I had to exchange to another size. Rai held the new pair for me as they were the last ones in my size and dispatched them when I sent proof that I had returned my pair, meaning I received them next day and in good time for the wedding. Very happy with my new shoes, and with the whole experience.

In addition, some points have arisen that require clarification and participation from the seller. Great customer service and unbeatable selection of brands!

I recently purchased a Barbour limited edition International wax jacket from Stuarts of London
When it came it was packaged perfectly
The Jacket itself was of the highest quality
Unfortunately the jacket was slightly too large for me
I contacted Stuarts and spoke to Rai who offered to receive it back from me for a refund
I can not fault this company and would highly recommend the company 😊👍
