Really fast despatch & delivery. Ordered a snow peak single action table with standard delivery (£3.95) and it was delivered the next morning! Well packaged and sublime piece of furniture, exceptionally well designed and finished. Best snow peak item I have acquired yet. Contacted customer service about a price match as the price dropped the following day and they not only responded within 20minutes- but sent a partial refund too. Really impressive- keep up the good work Stuarts London! - this will be my new go to place for Snow Peak gear.

Great brands and service, deliveries very quick and customer services outstanding.

Customer service team is fantastic, have had to speak with them a few times regarding orders and they always go above and beyond. Orders are always delivered quickly and packaged very well. Will continue to use Stuarts over any independent retailor and will always highly recommend.

Stuart’s is the king of tradition mixed with fresh contemporary trend. If your into your classic brands or latest seasonal style or brand ,Stuart’s and can not be beaten. Quality of garments and customer satisfaction I would say is the front of this gentleman’s outfitters which never fails to please !

One of the few independent menswear stores left in London that consistently look to introduce new brands to the market. Prefer to pay a bit extra to support the family owned Stuarts and hope they are here doing what they have been doing since the 1980's for many more years to come

Received a faulty product against no fault of their own but costumer services helped greatly. They were quick to reply and ended up being able to replace the product. Amazing costumer service. Would recommend store

Historic review: I've always ordered Armani J45 so this was my second pair. The first pair had gone through a lot of wear and washes, so when I put the second pair on, they didn't feel the quality of the first.
Though it was just me and they were fine in every other respect.
I've now ordered a new pair from a household name upper class outfit and, wow, yes , so much lighter and smoother.
Also the 'reviews on Stuarts own website look suspicious - bland and saccharine

£4-5 to return a product that was not as pictured on the website is daylight robbery. Customer service is both slow and unprofessional. The only thing going for this site/company are it's half-decent sales. That being said, after returning my product dissatisfied, I now find myself out of pocket a good few quid- would've been better off going to the purchase of a large coffee (certainly likely to give you less of a headache than this company).

great customer service, plenty of choice, best brands

I ordered around 1pm, item marked despatched and tracking info given within 30 minutes and delivered the next morning. The price was a lot cheaper than elsewhere, too!

I Purchased a pair of shoes online with £3.95 delivery charge free. This was detailed on my receipt.
I returned the shoes, at a cost of £4.64. The cheapest option they offered.
My purchase cost was refunded minus £6.95. The total cost to me being £11.59.
I queried this and was offered a postage refund for the error as a good will gesture.
The amount refunded was £3.95, this was no gesture and only went some way to rectify the mistake.
Whilst they may claim this is within the terms, it is at best misleading and bordering on fraudulent.
I am very disappointed in this retailer and would not recommend them.

I’ve been shopping at Stuart’s for nearly 15 years, each year it just smashes it out the park from classic brands to new seasonal drops ! There is literally something for everyone! If you haven’t checked out Stuart’s then you’re missing out.

After purchasing online for many years I decided to go and have a butchers in the shop,Love it how some things never change,same shop front i remember from back in the late 80’s…The decor inside May of changed but still got that welcoming feel with helpful,friendly staff on hand when needed..No pushing just how it should be😮‍💨Well £350 later not much had changed with a great selection of clobber and trotters on display how could you not…A great experience and didn’t feel threatened on the way out with my bags in hand as there were no “Taxers” to be seen on the pav 😉I will return 🤝

I’ve used Stuart’s for a long time now. Deliveries always on time and on the one occasion there was an issue it was sorted very quickly. Great service all round
