I’ve been a customer for 25 years and even though we’ve moved house since, I wouldn’t buy my appliances from anywhere else. The service we receive from Graham, Chris and the team is second to none. The prices are competitive with anyone online and you get 5 star service thrown in for good measure, This time, they have excelled themselves by arranging a washing machine replacement at very short notice, when we were in Asia and it was delivered and fitted for when we returned home. Amazing service! If you want guaranteed confidence in quality and service, with great prices then these are the guys to go to. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I had purchased a new TV thinking my old one was not working properly. Discovered it is the aerial and not my TV. SW. sorted everything and arranged for someone to sort aerial . Took new TV back and refunded my money. Great service. Have purchased items before and will continue to do so in the future. Customer service is so important to me and that is exactly what Stuart Westmorlands deliver.

We have just recently purchased a fridge freezer from Loughborough, a very pleasurable experience from start to finish. We were looked after very well and given sound advice throughout. Thank you for all the help Chris Noon and another lovely young man, sorry, don't have his name.

Great experience from the start. Graham took time to show us all the fridge freezers we were interested in and advised honestly on pros and cons of each.
Brian and Graham rang before the pre arranged delivery slot to let us know they were coming. They removed the old unit and gave us plenty of time to clean before installing the new item. They made sure everything was working, level and that we were satisfied. Installing was quick and the guys were friendly and left the kitchen nice and clean. Highly recommend shopping experience. PS: competitive prices too

Excellent service from Brian and Graham. My fridge, freezer and vacuum cleaner were delivered and fitted to a superb standard. The fridge was complicated, as was an integrated fridge under the counter. Brian’s commitment to detail was first class.

Very good customer service. Competitive pricing. Graham in store was really helpful. Fitters Brian and Matt took a great deal of care with installing the integrated fridge freezer which was not straightforward.Positive experience all round.

Brian & Kieran arrived on time and were most courteous, respecting my property and me as their customer. Their very considerable knowledge was evident as they set about removing my old fitted-microwave before installing the replacement. As always, a job can be quite tricky when one has to work out how the original product had been installed…but Brian & Kieran took it all in their stride, making positive comments as they worked diligently. We were most impressed, so much so we would not hesitate to use Stuartwestmoreland company again…a diamond company with great staff, right in the heart of Melton Mowbray. Absolutely terrific.
