Andrew was very knowledgeable. We bought a washing machine and dishwasher for an elderly relative with very specific requirements. He made the whole experience less daunting, I would highly recommend him and the shop for wonderful customer service.

It was a very difficult job fitting my new washing machine owing to the position in my kitchen and the difficulties getting it into position, which included pulling out the dishwasher first. Brian and Graham did a really good job with the minimum of mess and in good humour.

Great service from everyone at the Melton Mowbray store. Both my dishwasher and washer broke at the same time. The sales person was really helpful and knowledgeable and arranged a quick delivery for me. Kieran and Brian were on time, friendly and very efficient. They explained how the new products worked and left the house clean and tidy. The prices were competitive, I will definitely use Stuart Westmoreland again.

engineer went out of way to level washing machine as the space was tight to fit new one in.
