Getting the concert tickets was easy and smooth, but trying to get out QR code for parking was a nightmare! Tried getting it several times before the concert (got the emails) said, that it might not be released until a couple hours ahead of time… well, I tried all the way there! Nothing! Luckily, the parking attendant at the Lincoln garage accepted our RECEIPT for it, otherwise we would have been screwed.

The only downside was the parking garage took forever to get out of. My daughter has type one diabetes and we we’re having an emergency and could not get out

Never received my tickets! Spent hours trying to resolve by text and telephone. I was instructed to download and set up accounts for AXS, Ticketmaster, and even the NYC ballet site. No tickets! I received a refund, but that didn’t help my ruined day including missed restaurant reservations, connection with friends, the disappointment of missing the event, wasted time and anxiety. Stubhub used to be reliable. What a horrible experience!

It was a great experience, I enjoyed the special atmosphere at the stadium, I got my ticket and enjoyed the experience very much thank you 😊

easy to use - had a little difficulty making sure we were in the right lot - all good! Did nothing once parked & had no problems getting into lot & getting out.

The seats were incredible. When I bought them on stub hub I thought it looked too good to be true for the price. They were the real deal. Great view of the field. Close to see the players and read their jerseys. I will use stub hub again in the future, this was my first time.

Only chance we got to go to the World Cup was through StubHub! Fair prices, easy to navigate, best option for your concert/event tickets!

Dealing with FIFA was very frustrating. StubHub was easier. However, I had a difficult time accepting my tickets that was transferred to me from a previous buyer. It worked out well in the end, but for days, I was thinking that I may lose my hard earned money over two highly priced tickets. But, all’s well that ends well.

Would give zero.. never recived qr code explanation they sent it a month before .. never got it 465 dollars for parking space for world cup will not refund anything. Had to buy last minute from parking app

I wanted to see the Anne Frank museum, but it was at the last minute. Stub Hub came through at the last minute. Reliable service. Highly recommended

100/10 experience. Not only was the Algeria vs Austria game INSANE, but the seats were top-notch, we were surrounded by the best fans, and ultimately had an incredible World Cup experience.

Went to the Jeezy show in Vegas. The booking process was easy. Clear directions up until the day of the event.

I received my tickets on time, but only the night before the concert, after I had already arrived in the city. It would be much better if tickets were delivered earlier. Most of us have to travel for these events, and arriving without your tickets in hand is incredibly stressful. Additionally, the official app wasn't available to download in my country. I had to download an alternative version, but it wouldn't let me link my account.
