Mo delivered truly outstanding service today. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and incredibly courteous. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful he was he took the time to fully understand our issue with the water pressure and went above and beyond to make sure we felt reassured.
He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. Nothing felt rushed, and his friendly, respectful manner made the whole experience stress-free.

Low Mains Water Pressure
Dave A.M. Jones ( job No 14274351) visited in response to my complaint of Low Mains Water Pressure. I noticed that in the last few months we can no longer operate our two electric showers at the same time. Unfortunately it seems we are stuck with the issue. It was explained the Severn Trent now have a policy of 'leveling out' water pressure so that each domestic supply has a similar pressure. Dave was very polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Drain cleared in half hour.
Marcin came and identified the issue with the drain outside on the street and had it sorted in half an hour. He also ordered follow on work so it doesn’t keep happening. Great stuff! Job ref: 14289477.

So many solutions in one visit!
We are located just outside of Cleobury Mortimer, South Shropshire.
As with many renovations, one issue leads to another. To start with, we couldn't find our Mains stop tap. Ian Smith visited and within a very short timeframe, he found that we didn't have one, sorted a plan to get it installed and then a plan for the whole water system relating to the renovation!
