Excellent order to delivery time. Self installed which was pretty simple. Good customer service. Very happy with the finished product just in time for winter.

We had nothing but an exceptional experience from start to finish. We purchased two of the larger bedroom cabins and were apprehensive to start as we were spending a lot of money online. However, the sales team were all so helpful and no question was a bother. We were informed the entire time throughout the build, when our cabins were in the factory, when they’d be shipped and received and through to delivery and installation. We opted for all of the extras (including 88mm Glulam) and I can’t begin to tell you the quality of these buildings, they’re incredible. I don’t know why our homes in the UK aren’t built like this?! It went up in 3/4 days (considering they’re very large, it was quite astonishing) and since then we’ve had them kitted out and I’m considering leaving home to live in it! If you’re on the fence about using this company, don’t be. We are looking to purchase more from them in 2025!

Great Gazebo
Even before I made the purchase of a Summerhouse24 Gazebo I did a few weeks of research about the product /materials/prices etc and the person at the end of the line was usually Callum ( poor guy) who never got tired or frustrated at all my queries and after delivery one or 2 minor issues were all dealt with speedily.
The paints supplied were not sufficient but a minor issue.
All in all very happy with the service and the final product looks amazing and have recommended company already to friends.

We purchased a large summerhouse (8 x 4m) back in March. From the original visit to the Devon display site until delivery, the process was flawless with any queries dealt with quickly. It was delivered in May and my husband and I commenced ‘building it’ Although it took us a few months to complete the build. It was fairly smooth, we enjoyed building the giant Lego sized puzzle! Although lifting the very top beam in was challenging for just the 2 of us! we are very impressed and delighted with the result. It is so sturdy and all the finishing touches such as edging & skirting makes all the difference.

I purchased the Snooker Room and it has never been water tight. I have complained about this and they sent an operative to put silicone sealant in the leaking areas, and this didn't work but made a mess of the joints.

I have painted the exterior with the recommended sealant which is very expensive but rainwater is still running down the inside walls.

After spending thousands of pounds on this summer house and 2 years down the road I am dissatisfied with the method of construction which doesn't include any joint sealing system.

Very good with helping me navigate what type of shed I needed. The initial ordering was very smooth. I had strict time constraints for delivery and installation which they accommodated.
The shed looks absolutely fabulous, the builders took half a day to erect it and did a superb job.
I took one star off for subsequent communication. I felt I needed to chase up information regarding the base. I needed to send emails and rephone to get answers and confirmation of delivery dates.
Overall, incredibly happy with the final product and the whole experience very straightforward and smooth.

Ordering was quite simple and there were a number of optional extras, which was well explained. There was quite a wait for delivery, but this was expected. The product is of a very high quality. The installation team were outstanding, truly perfectionist. What could have gone better was communication frequency, clarity and a more joined up approach regarding delivery and installation.

Summerhouse24 were very patient with me, answered all my questions and sent drawings over promptly, liaised with groundscrew company to ensure the cabin would sit level on my sloping site, delayed delivery when the unexpected arose, and the installation went without a hitch. A great price as well. Website was easier and less annoying than competitors and, given that it's important to see what you're buying, have two sites with cabins on display. Was very tempted by the sauna design - maybe next time!
