SummerHouse24 did a lovely bespoke cabin for us, making sure all the details were exactly right. They were very patient when we needed to delay delivery due to the base not being ready. Communication was excellent throughout and the men who put the cabin up were very efficient.

Excellent company to deal with. Everything was easy, kept well informed. Spot on with delivery date and times, no-one was late. The team who built out summerhouse were brilliant, worked well as a team and very professional, they did a fabulous job, they arrived cracked on and got it done. Would thoroughly recommend this company and their product is excellent.

From purchase through to delivery we were kept informed and up dated of any changes.
The delivery date and time were agreed and was prompt, delivery driver was excellent and landed the 2 pallets in a tight space with no hassle.

Within days of placing my order for the summer house I was contacted by Simon to discuss delivery dates, as I was heading off on holiday, Simon was happy to arrange a delivery date that suited my schedule. The summer house arrived on that date and the driver was able to call an hour before with an exact time. Being keen on DIY I found the 3x3 summer house an enjoyable build project with all the parts and instructions clearly labelled and available. However, I think this is the smallest summer house in the range. I thought that Summerhouse24 was an excellent company to deal with and they always keep me informed, special thank to Simon, I would definitely recommend Summerhouse24 to anyone who is considering a summer house.

When we started looking for a cabin, I was pointed to Summerhouse24 by my sister who had already had an installation from them. I found the website easy to navigate, and the virtual tours and drawing allowed me to select a cabin appropriate for my garden.
Phoning Summerhouse24 to place my order, I found them to be very informative answering my questions and accommodating me with holding off on delivery an installation until I had my base in place.
When the delivery date came, the cabin was dropped off and them the installation team arrived two days later. It took them 4.5 hours to put together and we had a cabin, they were helpful and worked with the back wall being close to my garden fence with no problems. The excess materials which I knew were my responsibility to dispose off were neatly placed where I asked and bagged where possible.
All in all the experience from ordering to build has been first class

The sales team were excellent. Very knowledgeable.
Everything arrived on time.
The assembly team were very efficient.
The only thing which would improve the experience would be arranging for the waste left over, to be removed.
But, a great job, thanks very much.

Absolute first class service from initial enquiry, purchase through to delivery (professionally and carefully done with all round packaging to ensure safe delivery) and even a follow-up courtesy call from Jacob to ensure all of this went well.
