Even on 3rd party website it is all showing the cheaper price and they have refused to match the price to reflect the current market value which is stated on the terms that they do sell and monitor current prices but they have refused to honour that

WhySo wee bought our tickets and read all the weights for our luggage. It was amazing getting the 30mins early but it went all wrong on the way back! On there website where wee bought our tickets it tells you 8kg for overhead compartment for luggage, on the way home back to the UK wee had maxed out our weights of 8kg per over head bag but when wee got to Antalya and go to get on the plane they changed our overhead baggage to 4kg and said it was a miss print and charged us over 250£ to take our luggage home. They waited untill wee where leaving there country to do this but on the way there everything was fine. It's a huge scam! There was other families and couples getting torchered by the same brush! Having to pay a substantial amount or your not leaving the country with all your bags. This is happening alot all over the sun express airline there trapping you in there country and demanding more money. I would never go with this airline again! Better going with jet2 such a nice bunch of people that are willing to help you in any way! Please don't fly with sun express it feels like a total scam and wee can do nothing about It. 21 hour delay. Cancelled our flight whilst we were sat on the plane already 4 hours delayed leading to a total of 21 hours delay and missing a whole night and day of our holiday. Claimed for compensation and been rejected claiming a “sick passenger” caused unforeseen circumstances. The sick passenger was on the inbound flight, causing a 1hr40 delay to the inbound flight. This then leading onto a 21hour delay is ludicrous and due to operational reasons which was the reasoning given at the time (crew over hours). Not granting compensation shows what a scam artist company SunExpress is. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be avoiding this airline at all costs in future and I highly recommend you do the same.

This is the second time that I'm flying with my 4 years old daughter in separate seats range.
I wrote to company and never received any answer.
For safety reasons (before every flight, board attendant explain how to help children in case of emergency) this is not understandable. I would rather prefer that company would tell the truth and ask to pay for check in. I checked in 48h before and had the opportunity to pay for seats but I also have been able to see that "random separetely seats" are only to make pressure to pay for seats, because a lot were still available for buying.
That is not fair and not good for company reputation who pretend to "combine great value with unique hospitality. We are the German-Turkish Leisure Airline connecting people, families and friends with places they love"...

As with everything turkish. Scams started in manchester terminal 2. Having 4 people chcked in via app for 8kg bags we have been charged £240 at the desk. Staff very rude trained to scam people out. You can stick your appology up you a... !

Really upset and stressed had such an horendous experience I had one plane cancelled I go on the 18th April and ive only just got my flight details couldnt book the extra leg as my partner is over 6ft they refunded the seats but now I cant get the seats, I have used this company for many years before it all changed. I recommened them to my family and friends now I have told them not to use this company again.

My experience with SunExpress was extremely disappointing due to multiple system errors and inconsistent communication. My original flight was cancelled, and although I had SunEco+ on that booking, I was downgraded to SunEco without explanation. I was then told I could not purchase SunEco+ again because the new flight was rebooked through an emergency process, even though I had previously been able to upgrade without any issue.
When customer service contacted me, they said the small amount I had paid for SunEco+ would be refunded, and that I would need to pay a significantly higher amount again to rebook luggage and seats. I refused, because these problems were caused by the system, not by me. I was forced to rebook only the seats, which resulted in additional unexpected costs.
My package originally included 20kg of checked baggage per passenger, yet customer service incorrectly told me I would need to pay £100 per person per route. I refused, and later discovered that my 20kg baggage was indeed included on my flight, exactly as it should have been. I received no real help and had to resolve everything myself while paying extra.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional financial burden.
Because of this, I will never fly with this airline again.
I strongly recommend improving system accuracy and ensuring customer service provides correct information so passengers are not misled or charged extra due to internal errors.

Nothing works the way it should. Even if you complete everything online, they still manually check everything at boarding, making the process chaotic. You pay for luggage, yet they make it difficult at the gate and try to keep it out of the cabin. Staff are rude, and paying extra for front seats means nothing—you still board last and end up with no space for your bag. Completely frustrating experience.
